I stayed at Telegraaf for 2 nights. I got the best service, luxurious and spacious executive room with great breakfast. It was the great idea for choosing this centrally located hotel in the chilling winter time. I will recommend this hotel for everyone.

Breakfast was great until final day when we were put in a side room with no service. Basically not enough staff and certainly not 5*

The air conditioning in our room did not work. In fact after turning it on it got WARMER till 25.5 degrees until which I decided to switch it off and call front desk for assistance. Upon checking, the staff encountered the same issue as me thereby confirming that the aircon was faulty. That was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Room was stuffy and uncomfortable for us and we were sweating during the night. The staff was kind to bring us a small fan but I feel it is unacceptable to have the aircon malfunctioning in a five star hotel. Before the staff left my room I had reiterated my displeasure with the situation and asked him to pls make a complaint to the manager on my behalf. I assume he had done it. However I did not hear back from the manager and no apology or compensation of any kind was offered. Very disappointing.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Town Tallinn just a short 3 minute walk to the Christmas market.

We loved everything about this hotel! The room was huge compared to most European hotels, it was completely quiet (we never heard another soul from our room) and the staff was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend staying here so close to all Old Town has to offer!
