Hotellet fint, otroligt fina isrum och konstverk av is och snö!!! Vackert och oslagbart! Dock! Ett hotell som har väldigt mycket besök från olika delar av världen ofta fullbokat. Så tänker jag att lobbyn borde vara tänkt annorlunda.... mer mysig, ätbart, öppen eld? Eftersom man inte gärna går in i isrummet och hänger. Behöver man mer avslappnat kunna vara på något annat trevligt ställe, mer inbjudande. Göra om duschar, man vill ha en egen...? Nu är det omklädningsrum som i simhall. På det dyraste hotellet jag har bott på. Men jättefint, fräsch o trevlig personal! Bra frukost! Men jag hade förväntat mig mer.... ledsen. Är detta hotell överskattat? som man har fått längtat o se och uppleva sen man var ett barn...

I paid $1,200 for one night’s stay for myself and my daughters. The artistry is amazing. However, the service was terrible. Nobody helps you with your bags. Nobody tells you where your room is. Nobody greets you. We had to drag our luggage all over the place trying to guess where our room was. They cater to the tours. They advertise “check in and out” times, which aren’t correct. You can “check in” but cannot take possession of your room until approximately 6pm. You can “check out” at approximately 11am, but you have to be out of your room at 8am so they can clean for tours. When asking for information, we were pointed to a QR Code and told to watch it. The resort was neat to see, but that is a considerable amount of money for one night to not be treated well. Nothing was complimentary, not even coffee in the morning. I would recommend touring the property, but I would not recommend staying. We looked forward to this stay for over a year and were greatly disappointed due to the lack of service.

El hotel está hermoso. Recomiendo a quien sea que vaya y lo visite. La habitación, la recepción el museo, el almuerzo, las áreas comunes… todo en este hotel es precioso. Vale la pena.

Highs - amazing ice hotel, wonderful main restaurant, lovely bar and adventure center, friendly staff (though too few), proximity to Sami center. Lows - crowded messy lobby, long lines, minimal amenities before or after ice hotel night, very out of date "chalet" room, general uncleanliness.

Amazing unique experience. Got to see the Auroras from right behind the hotel (without having to sign up for their tour). They provided snowsuits and boots which was so helpful!

Vi hade väldig tur och fick se enastående norrsken. Det är bra att ha hyrbil. Det finns bara ett matställe utanför hotellet. Hotellets frukost var bland de bättre vi smakat. Utflykterna var väldigt dyra. Det finns billigare alternativ i Kiruna

Espectacular

We stayed 1 night in one of the cold rooms and it was a fun experience. We went cross country skiing the next morning and had the best time with our guide! Highly recommend!

Vi är mycket nöjda, med hela vår vistelse på Ice hotellet Vi bokade ett kamoos superiorrum som vi också var mycket nöjda med ☺️

Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rdv quand on choisi une chambre de glace … se doucher dans les communs avec de l’eau à peine chaude c’est limite le matin après une nuit à -5degres. Dommage car le lieu est magnifique mais l’organisation compliquée puisqu’on accède aux chambres vraiment qu’à 18:00 et le hall est vite rempli de monde en attendant… avec peu de prises pour recharger nos batteries pour s’occuper durant l’attente. Le duvet fourni + petit déjeuner sont top 👌

I enjoyed my stay and experience in icehotel. i admired the staff and how helpful they were, especially Pedro at the restaurant. Also, I loved the overall vibe. However, I would have appreciated if you mentioned before booking the rules and regulations of the cold room.
