Stort, fint och superfräscht hotell! Stor säng, fint badrum. Jättenöjda! Provade dock aldrig poolen, bastun eller frukosten. Hade fullt upp med staden, men hade säkert inte blivit besvikna!

Toll zentral gelegen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal freundlich. Frühstück phänomenal.

Great service, very clean rooms. Nice attention to detail including thoughtful preparation for little kids. Nice location, parking is pricey but there is street parking also.

Lovely please to stay. Perfect location in the city as well. Walking distance to everything you need.. if we was to be to picky the wife said they need better hairdryer. Food good everything good. Rooms amazing safety amazing

Excellent service and location.

It’s a decent hotel with very friendly staff, and the breakfasts are wonderful. The selection is huge. On the downside, there is only one coffee machine, and the staff makes coffee specifically for you. The staff also guides you and shows you around, but I didn't quite understand the principle behind choosing places over a few days. Regarding the room, it's clean and spacious. However, while some rooms have a coffee machine, others may not. Similarly, some have a bathtub while others have a shower. The ones with bathtubs seem to have been renovated 5-10 years ago. But the most important thing they need to change is the light-colored cut-out room number signs in the corridors that are attached to light walls. You have to get close to see the direction. Overall, though, it's a very good hotel with a great location. There's underground parking and a wonderful pool. It’s worth the money.

Sehr gute Lage zentral zur Innenstadt, hervorragende Auswahl beim Frühstück, Schöner SPA Bereich mit großem Schwimmbad. Personal unterschiedlich - beim Frühstück zuvorkommend und freundlich, beim Empfang geht so, kein persönliches Wort, grad die Basics. Insgesamt ist alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, zudem sind wir kein Freund von Teppichböden. Wir hätten gerne ein kingsize Bett gehabt, dieser Wunsch wurde leider nicht ermöglicht, obwohl Hotel nicht ausgebucht. Hätten wir uns ein bisschen kinderfreundlicher gewünscht, auch wenn es für das Hotel ein wenig Aufwand gewesen wäre. 5 Sterne sieht anders aus..

Excellent service

I had a few issues on arrival, however after speaking to the Concierge he immediately came to my room to show me alternatives. He helped with my luggage and offered me a welcome drink voucher. Having jet lag i called Room Service at 3.30am and reception went beyond expectation and supplied food at no charge. In the morning a manager called to assess the service. I told it is excellent. I have spent most of my career traveling the world and this service stands out. Congratulations!!

The property conditions and facilities are pretty old. The rooms need to be refreshed.

Rooms need some refreshment. The furniture is old fashioned and of average quality.

Very clean hotel. Loved the down bedding, super comfortable. Indoor pool was amazing. Low lighting made it feel like a spa/sauna. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

Beautiful hotel in a great area with great service

We absolutely loved this hotel. Location is incredible. Just a short walk into the Old Town. So many great restaurants nearby as well. Room was a good size, the beds/pillows were soo comfortable. Great wifi, shower pressure good.. Very quiet, never heard any noise. Would definitely stay here If we go back to Warsaw…
