The rooms were clean and quiet, nice beds, great breakfast.

Nice little hotel in a good location. It has a hot tub and a fitness center, but the fitness center consists of one multi-purpose cable machine, an elliptical, and a treadmill. Better than nothing, but nothing spectacular. The complimentary breakfast is nothing fancy, but definitely a nice addition. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

When I went to crawl into my “clean” bed at midnight, first night I was there, I found a cleaning rag in a lump in the sheets. Not sure how it might have landed there unnoticed as sheets were spread to make the bed, but it was. When I spoke to the desk the next day, they offered me a new room (overkill!!), and eventually on my request offered to have the manager speak to me. He was expected to be around when I checked out the next morning. He was not however there. Left my name and number and was told he would call me. Four days later I’ve heard nothing. Clearly they don’t care about customer service or making the gross factor right. Would absolutely not recommend staying someplace that clearly conveys a lack of care to detail or customer comfort or cleanliness.

Nice clean room and friendly staff! Bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked and the lack of a bathroom fan was a bit of a deterrent.

Everything was ok. Breakfast was nothing amazing. But check in was good and the room was nicely cleaned.
