Nice hotel, good location, Starbucks on site. Safe car parking. Wouldn't let us check in half hour early even though our room was ready. Never had that experience before. Comfy beds, great air con.

boiling hot and had air con which had error codes and went off after a few seconds - it was 'hard reset' which only lasted a few more seconds so had to get a fan (well2 as the first one was faulty) which pushed stifling hot air around the room and did not cool it. no mention that Starbucks was closed for several weeks which was the main reason for picking this chain of hotels for the location and starbucks.

Air conditioning didn’t work in one of the rooms.

Aircon wasn’t working plus you had to pay to use the facilities and parking

Not the best experience. Booked for work knowing that the hotel included AC in the room which was great for the hottest day of the year. After arriving AC wasn’t working told the guy on the front desk who shrugged and said it’s been like it for a while not sure what’s happening then looked confused as to why I wasn’t overlay happy. No offer of a fan or any sorts to help just a shrug.

The hotel is modern and therefore has contemporary facilities. We use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room on two occasions they were all clean and hygienic. The hotel is slightly outside the centre of the city but easily accessible and we’re able to drive along the coast and see the beautiful coastline.

On arrival I was told that as of yesterday parking is £5 though it was advised everywhere as free for the weekend. I argued this and they explained it is not their parking and have no control over it. I was told if I didn't pay it I would get £100 fine. Next part is more this website. I was led to believe that the facilities were available on my package however when you see the fine print it wasn't and the wording of it was terrible the staff looked and agreed it was not clear. But that was extra. I did have a good sleep however and the breakfast was ok. Limited choice though. Only scrambled eggs available for the fried breakfast. But the fruit and yogurt section was good. The arrival staff I felt were a bit difficult but the leaving staff were very helpful and friendly. Something is going on with the stair they make a strange noise but otherwise it was good. Not excellent.

The room was far too hot.

It's a very clean and good HOTEL. It's a little bit modern for my taste but the biggest issue I had was that it is far from the city centre where a lot of the activities are if you don't have a car expect to walk or take Uber anywhere.

Hairs in the shower and clumps of hair in the main room, so not hovering properly, food was good, main issue was the poor WiFi bulb

Good facilities with a swimming pool and gym, nice quiet location, and friendly staff. I imagine this hotel is absolutely lovely in winter. In summer, however, the air conditioner seems to focus more on making motivational noise than actually cooling the room. Just a small warning if you plan to visit during a heatwave — bring optimism and perhaps a handheld fan.

Clean room, good pool, great hot tub and steam room. Well equipped gym. Overall very great and new facility.

Great location, parking, a number of excellent ev chargers, bus stop nearby into Swansea main bus station were it is possible to get connections to the Gower and Mumbles. Fantastic amenities in hotel for all members of families. Good pub food and bar. Very large comfy beds!

Not a great hotel for guests. Pool and gym were over used. No fridge in room. Window wouldn't work.

Clean room. Well trained staff. And excellent pool and gym facilities.

We were so impressed, it was a last minute booking when we were so exhausted we couldn't drive anymore. The beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed the pool facilities, so clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site had amazing food and even gave us a big tray to bring our food to the room after room service ended. I would recommend to others and stay again. Thank you to the staff from start to finish 10/10!
