Beautiful facility

We had a nice stay

The dining was not open all days and was expensive.

The price was excellent

It was ok, the room was clean for the most part but very dated furniture. The hallways smelled very stale. Could use better and larger towels.

Was very disappointed with the number of restaurants. The inability to check in one hour earlier on a slow day during the week. The cafe food was very good though. And the staff member and bartender were very nice.

A beautiful hotel and it was a great stay. The 4:00 PM check in time is a little inconvenient.

I didn't like the spa swimming pool was construction.

I had packed my swim suit and was disappointed that the pool was closed. Also, my room did not have a bathtub which would have been the next best thing! Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Suite was amazing but the jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work.

Front desk wasn't very friendly. Not very welcoming or approachable.

This was my third visit to Bally's over all it is like any other casino. Staff was friendly the check in process was easy and quick and easy. I don't really care for the parking

Rooms need a refresh. Peeling wallpaper, seams in ceiling. Furniture needs retouched at the bottom, probably from vaccum cleaners. We really do like the rooms after all the years we have been coming to the property.
