Very local to tube stations, clean and did the job for getting to Wembley!

We stayed in a room that had not been redecorated but it was ok for our purpose of being in the area for a concert and having a 4 hour drive. The best thing is the car park at £10 per stay. Not many in London😂 Bad we arrived for 2 nights. Paid the amount asked, I did not question as I had not booked my daughter had. First night all ok. The next night we got back late and could not access our room. My daughter went downstairs believing we must have done something to the key card. No they had not charged us for the second night! Who just cancels the room. Why not ask us to pay. Room service arrived to service our room so they knew we were there for 2 nights. No apology. Breakfast is ok continental but you can have as much as you want. Fruit salad lovely, coffee from a machine rank. What is wrong with a percolator at least it may be drinkable.

Romet var møkkete spindelvev i tak å en forferdelig dårlig lukt. Liten hjelp å få. Dårlig språk blanding av indisk å engelsk. Frokosten som var inkludert var bare patetisk. To typer pålegg ikke noe varm mat. Så det man gleder seg mest til på hotell overnatting, som for min del er frokosten. Den var da elendig. Baren var grei, godt utvalg. Men igjen så var det noe med renhold. Bordene i bar området var møkkete. Hadde hjelpt mye med å bare tørke av borden. Men når di var så seie å forferdelige så ville du ikke legge noe fra deg der.

A/C did Not work at all. Room overall dirty, sticky surfaces and walls.

Decor a bit tired but very clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. A little bit more variety on meals.

Great location next to South Ruislip train station for quick access to Wembley. Hotel was clean and tidy. Parking round the back £10. Air con in the room was a bit noisy but only a minor niggle.

For a London hotel, I'm probably most impressed by its value offering. The price I paid was much lower than other hotels in a similar area, which included a complimentary continental breakfast with ample choice; the freshly baked croissants were particularly delicious. The room was large with a comfy double bed and a decent TV on the desk. The room included plenty of storage space. The electrical sockets are outdated, without any located near the bed area. The bathroom was decent and the shower pretty powerful, though again dated when compared to more modern hotels. The whole hotel, including lifts, corridors and lounge/dining areas, was clean and smelled fresh. Although the air conditioning in the ground-floor lobby seemed to be working fine, I can't say the same for our room. You couldn't change the temperature, only fan speed, which, although it was on max, wasn't particularly powerful. Although you could feel a cool breeze, it wasn't strong enough to cool the room, and due to the hot weather, I suffered from a poor night's sleep. The room did include an additional standing fan; however, it was old and wasn't powerful enough to have any effect.

Abrupt and rude staff on check-in. Rooms poorly maintained. Air-conditioning not working in first room so was moved to another room,just as poorly maintained as the first. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, watermarks on the taps and corroding mirrors in the bathroom. Plus side very very convenient for the tube and the train to Wembley. Didn't have food there so can't comment. It would only take some very basic updates to make this hotel better, but I won't be choosing to stay here again.

Our stay was okay overall. The best part was definitely the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The room itself wasn’t the greatest. The AC barely worked, but after we mentioned it to the front desk, they gave us a fan which helped cool the room down a little. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable, and both of us woke up with sore backs each morning. The bathroom was the biggest downside. The shower was either freezing or way too hot, and it leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time we used it. It looked like this had been an issue for a while because the bottom of the bathroom door had obvious water stains from it from previous guests. The staff really did their best, but the rooms could definitely use some updates and better maintenance.

Clean and tidy room, great for the price. Staff helpful and friendly. Very easy access to Wembley stadium, train virtually on the doorstep with handy McDonald's, Nandos and shops close by.

The hotel is clean and minimalistic, it is a well maintained dated hotel that provides all you need for an excellent price within 5 mins walk from the tube. The provided breakfast is basic but you can pay extra for anything other than warm croissant with ham and cheese but that did me. The staff are lovely. The prices for meals in the hotel are very reasonable too. We go here every time we are at Wembley as its 10 mins max via the train next to the hotel.

Did what we needed it to, But on reflection the shower and general bathroom plugs, taps were all grime and limescale ridden. The bed was very squeaky and felt like we would fall through. The general feel was it all needed a general bit of TLC, Air conditioning struggled potentially due to the heatwave, but didn’t budge all night. Better advertisement of breakfast would have been better, rather than just being told the price at the reception, would be good to have a menu in the room to look at our own leisure. No noise from outside though. Staff very friendly, and wish we could have enjoyed a curry for tea if we didn’t have plans.

Love this hotel for its location rooms are tired, dripping tap all-night aircon was okay bed was okay the rooms need some TLC, although I think they now have new carpet

Our group booked 7 rooms for over 13 nights at this hotel during a major community congregation taking place in London. We paid over £140 per room per night, despite the hotel’s usual rates typically being around £75-£80 per night. We understood that prices increase during busy periods and were willing to pay the premium rates in exchange for a comfortable stay and good service. Unfortunately, the experience we received was completely unacceptable and was one of the worst hotel stays our family has ever experienced. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. During our stay, London temperatures exceeded 30°C, and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised air-conditioned rooms. However, none of the air conditioning units in any of our 7 rooms worked properly. Room temperatures remained at approximately 28°C or higher, even late at night, making it extremely difficult to sleep or even remain comfortably in the rooms. We repeatedly raised this issue with reception throughout our stay, only to be told that the units were broken or that the weather was simply too hot for them to work properly. Neither explanation is acceptable for a hotel advertising air conditioning while charging premium prices during a heatwave. No meaningful solution was provided. No repairs were carried out, no alternative rooms were offered, and no effort was made to improve the situation despite complaints coming from multiple rooms over many days.

Convenient for Central Line. Not brilliantly maintained - our room had no plug in the basin - surely the cleaner must have seen that; but that was less of a problem than it might have been because the basin waste was partially blocked and it took 2-3 minutes to empty. Breakfast OK, but no muesli or granola or similar.
