rooms a big and brand new. But it is only one elevaror working during the most busy long weekend. water in the unit are super slow. other than that this is a very good family friendly residence for family travel for ski trip.

The pet fee of $50 a night is way to high compared to some other pet friendly accommodation that do NOT charge a pet fee or have a one time flat pet fee of lower than $50. Also the resort fee of $11.58 a night was too high considering we didnt use any of the facilities at the resort. On top of that we paid taxes of $23.49 . For a total of $204.24 on top of the expedia fees for 3 nights which we already paid. If i knew all these extra fees i would booked somewhere else . Also there were loud screaming kids in the room next door to us on the friday night.

Everything was great, the pool and hot tub is very much appreciated after a day of skiing.

Rooms need a smart TV. Otherwise excellent and EV chargers were reliable!

There were no receptacles at the bedside , which thankfully we brought an extension cord from home. We both need this to plug in our sleeping devices, Cpap machines.

We stayed in king room. It was updated and very clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. 8mins to Bluemountain. Price is a lil too much, no breaskfast included.

The room was fine. Issue was no hot water. I work at the local ski hill. Aside from a good sleep all I wanted was a hot shower. I called in the evening about no hot water. Staff said they would call maintenance. About 45 minutes later I checked for hot water, it was actually getting warmer so I thought it should be good in the morning before heading back to the ski hill for the day. Woke up 6am went to shower and water was not hot at all. Not even warm. I told the front desk as I was leaving and they told me they were having trouble with the water and it required someone to come in. They said sorry about that. I would have expected some kind of credit, partial refund, something. But nothing was done. Poor communication and customer service. I won’t be returning to that hotel. Paid nearly $200 for the night, one thing I wanted was a hot shower.
