Staff made us feel welcome and safe. Friendly staff in all departments. Breakfast wonderful with many choices. Food was great.

The location was close the the sea with great views, staff were friendly and food was really nice.

The properties is farther from downtown than appears. The bus takes approximately 45min to the waterfront. Uber is the only other option to get into town. Overall the property is dated and not well maintained. The beds were very hard and the room had several broken/dirty things including the towel racks, the soap rack in the shower, the lamp shades, and mold along the upper tile lining in the shower. The fan in the bathroom also did not work. The staff however are excellent! Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. It felt special to have people remember you when you got back from a day out and ask how you were.

Don’t trust the online images. The facility is not in a very good state.

Great location to access the beach. Excellent Spa. Would stay here again.

Hotel has maintenance issues that need to be attended to. The balcony with view of the ocean is awesome. Very friendly and accommodating staff on all levels. Pricing of some items in restaurant exorbitant. Room service efficient and fast. Mattresses firm and comfortable.

I do not recommend this property, my daughter and I arrived early evening and to check in they unlocked the door and locked it behind you. This did not give you a feeling of a security. Then we needed to park our rental and a man from inside insisted that he wanted to drive us in our vehicle to the parking lot, we let him in the car but not drive. Highly unusual! Then once inside the room there was no air conditioning or fan blowing, we brought this to their attention and the said give it one hour. We contacted them again, they sent someone and said it was broken. They then called our room and offered to change rooms, we did and the second rooms air conditioning wasn’t working, but the blower worked. At this time it was late in the evening and we had no choice but to stay the night. The rooms were not clean, there was dirt and oil on the headboard and large metallic spangles in the shower. We left early the next morning and after our excursion found another hotel in a safe area and called Expedia to help get a refund. I spoke with the hotel about the refund and they said I had to go through Expedia, and Expedia originally offered a $50 credit and I insisted on getting half of what we paid back. Ultimately, we received half of the money back, The original stay was $360 for two days, at what was called a Luxury Spa Hotel. No pool in site when we arrived and I would not consider the area safe, overall it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and highly overpriced.

Nettes Personal. Die Lage mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den Tafelberg ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und schmeckt sehr gut. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass hier oft Events stattfinden und man etwas eingeschränkt ist.

Room was fine except for was unable to send water to bath, only to shower, wifi was spotty and we were interrupted by room service insisting that we had placed an order for food. Restaurant service was good!

We chose this property because of the views pictured. They didn’t disappoint! Beautiful. The staff was professional & friendly. I felt safe in this quiet part of the beach.
