Used the hotel for one night while traveling through the area. The hotel room was clean but old. the grounds were poorly maintained. The room was OK but would not recomend for an extended stay.

During our trip to France we stayed in 7 hotels of various chains and this was the only one we were disappointed with. The room we were allocated had no natural light, apart from when the door was open, as the window shutters were broken in the closed position. This meant the room was in complete darkness day and night. It also made it impossible to open the window. The hotel staff were aware of this but didn't mention it to us when we booked in. On finding the problem we asked if another room was available but were told the hotel was fully booked. The person on reception said the winder had been broken the previous day. He was very sarcastic saying he had nobody who could fix the shutters perhaps we might like to try! There was no apology about this and we felt they couldn't have cared less.
