This place is beautiful peaceful i cant wait to go back

Our room was filthy. The phone was broken. We went to a restaurant on site could not get served. There was four tables that had never been cleaned.We were ignored by the staff never offered a table when they cleaned one.

Amazing staff. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and kind and did what they could to accomodate our wishes.

No house keeping! Not sure they have that option, but I was not offered. No one by me entered the room since Thu to Mon. There were enough towels, so I did not care, however, having the trash baskets completely full the whole weekend, it was not nice. Only my opinion

Spacious s d comfortable.

Eagle Crest as a whole was really nice. The golf courses, walking paths, and pools were lovely. The lodge staff was also very accommodating, and the lodge itself was clean and quiet. The problem was that our room at the lodge was just very tired and needed serious updating. We will return to Eagle Crest, but we will find other accommodations.

The room was dingy and dirty. Severely outdated. Both headboards were worn. Mold and hair in the bathtub/bathroom. Staff offered to move me to a different room but could not guarantee the quality would be improved. I did not stay the second night and requested a refund through Travelocity

Clean and comfortable beds, nice view of the golf course

We stopped by for an overnight stay. The check in was seamless, the room was clean and it was quiet when we arrived. It was a pleasant stay.

Needs updating couldn’t rent golf carts

We always love a stay here! The lodge is clean and quiet, with a huge number of walk options on the vast property. Easy trip in to Redmond.

Key cards to the room never worked. Had to keep going back to the front desk

It had a unique smell around the property

The room was dated and dirty. No one at desk each time I called or went down. Smokers on patios and I thought it was no smoking. Neighbors made noise until after midnight.

It was convenient and had a breakfast cafe in the lobby and food was good

Towels were stained and dirty. Had an odd smell

The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. The room could use more outlets and the shower didn't drain properly. Beautiful setting!

Great setting, parking was close and easy. The room was a bit tired and run down a bit. The kitchenet had virtually no silverware, dishes, and cooking tools.
