The staff was remarkable. We left some clothes behind in the hotel when we left and received an email informing us of this about 2 hours after leaving. By that time we were in Stresa and could not return to pick up the clothes until 2 days later.

Staff here VERY good and helpful The hotel is in a wonderful position just outside the town centre, a 15 minute walk along the lake edge. Beautiful Room had a nice view Breakfast is very tasty and plenty to choose from Overall very pleasant stay here!

Clean room, fresh and nice breakfast, a boat landing is very close. The staff is very friendly. Great place to stay!

Old, but meticulously clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi was totally unreliable and slow when it actually did work. Room temperature in Oct was unbearably hot.

Lugnt område. Hotellet ligger ca 1.5 km från Stresa centrum så det blir liten promenad. Begränsat med restauranger nära hotellet. Hjälpsam personal som skaffade en extra madrass när jag påpekade att sängen var hård. Båt till öarna nära hotellet.

Situation géographique ( à 100 mètres de l' embarcadère pour les iles et à 1 kilomètre du centre-ville en passant par le magnifique sentier longeant le lac ). Accueil irréprochable, propreté, équipement de la chambre ( terrasse, plusieurs rangements, chambre spacieuse ). Situé à STRESA ( très belle ville face aux 3 Iles Boromées ) et proche de lieux à visiter ( ARONA - sa statue, son parc ), VERBANIA son grand marché hebdomadaire, villa Taranto avec parc magnifique, la fabuleuse cascade du Toce à une heure de route mais qui vaut le détour.

Une localisation parfaite pour prendre le bateau en direction des îles Borromée et pour se promener le long du rivage. Les chambres sont très bien, mais un peu bruyantes si les voisins ne sont pas discrets.

Lugnt område, passade oss för en natt men långt att gå in till restauranger och barer. Liten trädgård med solsängar, en pool inne men poolen ute saknades- det skulle finnas enligt info på hotel.com. Bra wifi överallt. Bra frukost.

Excellent hôtel très bien placé à 10 mn à pied du centre de Stresa. Embarcadère et plage à 100m de l’hôtel. 3 nuits passées sans toucher la voiture et entièrement satisfait du confort de la chambre avec balcon, parking gratuit, propreté et gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner très bon également
