The staff was amazing.!! The food was great! The artwork was absolutely beautiful, and what a great setting. The full moon came up over the lake . What a nice memory of Bariloche!!!

Old world charm done right. At El Casco Art Hotel, we were surrounded by paintings; sculptures and furniture that offered a sensory delight. The staff were exceptional, catering to all our needs. You know when professional feels cold and perfunctory, this was the opposite. The staff of El Casco were warm and helpful, leaving no stone unturned in making our experience unforgetable. From the turndown service to the play list at breakfast (I may have boogied a time or two), we felt welcomed and pampered. Shout out to Giancarlo, Tomas and Juan. We highly recommend this hotel.

Would stay here again. Beautiful hotel with magnificent view, art collection and friendly staff. Room was spacious and good breakfast. During our stay, air conditioning was not available. It’s a centralized system so if you come between seasons be aware or contact hotel for details first.

Perfeita estadia de nossa lua de mel no El Casco. O tratamento que nos deram foi maravilhoso! A vista do nosso quarto para o lago era de tirar o fôlego todos os dias. Sentimos o luxo e o aconchego de estar em casa. Café da manhã incrível ! Voltaria mil vezes !!!

This hotel felt like it would have been a lovely 5* hotel in the 1990’s but has not been updated since. Unfortunately it was quite dated in appearance, in particular the carpets were visibly stained. The room was hot in October with no method to switch off the room heating as the thermostat was broken. The staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was 3-4* hotel level - did have hot food options but not as extensive as I usually see in 5* hotels. This is a hotel where you need a car to drive into the city, unless of course you just want to sit and lounge in the hotel all day. Bed was comfortable. Overall nice but not excellent.

Very nice and quiet place, away from the noise and crowds but close enough to the main attractions. I am very pleased with the hospitality, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our kid was sick during our trip and they accommodated us with all of our needs to make sure we could make the most out of our visit

El Casco is a fantastic hotel. The staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant was perfect and so was the morning breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back in the future.

Hotel perfeito para casal! Vista absurda de linda, profissionais excelentes e muito competentes, não tenho pontos de atenção sobre o hotel! Gostamos muito de tudo, aliás, a comida também é muito boa!

Wonderful staff front desk staff amazing. Nicolas in the restaurant was sooooo amazing. Keep him!!!!! Ladies in the restaurant for breakfast terrific!! Would go back for sure!!!!!

Es un hotel muy bonito con un ambiente tranquilo y un paisaje hermoso. Está retirado del centro de la ciudad por lo que se debe tener en cuenta a la hora de reservar.

Beautiful view. Nice staff and very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are a little dated and worn.
