My room looked nothing like the pictures and the good comments online

Ok, so the pros and cons... Pro: nice quiet area, not a lot of traffic or noise. It was close to our venue: Barber Motorsports Park, but not so close to have been crowded. The room was clean and well supplied, minus a hairdryer that didn't work. Cons: The beds were VERY firm, like hardwood floor firm. The pillows were like 50 layers of compressed cardboard stuffed into a pillow case. They were brutal. Also, and not directly caused by the hotel, but the entire area, within 5 miles, of the hotel smelled like marijuana, reeked of that horrible weed/body odor smell. It was a room and it was quiet, but I doubt I would stay there again

Didn’t even pull in entirely to the parking lot. Pictures of the property had to be touched up! Didn’t want to take a chance.

The room wasn't as clean as it could be. The staff was excellent. The room needed some updating and repairs.

Took a $100 deposit for incidentals is a joke. What incidentals?? No breqkfast. Barely coffee, rubd down grounds. Chains likes RedRoof should be on top pf keeping their grounds looking good. Bad ones spoil thr reputation of the brand. Fix it up!

Our first assigned hotel room was on the ground floor. Upon entering, we checked the bed and discovered that it was in extremely poor condition. The springs were damaged and completely worn out—completely unacceptable to sleep on because just sitting on either side of the bed resulted in rolling off. We asked the front desk for a new room and new bed and were reluctantly given one on the second floor. We were told it was a problem to give out another room when they were completely booked, but the front desk clerk did figure out a solution for us. The second room was an improvement but still not great. The room was reasonably clean but conditioner (in addition to soap and shampoo) would be helpful. Better beds and linens would improve the experience. the condition of the property’s stucco walls and exterior of the hotel was not good. The parking lot is dark and can feel unsafe at night. The neighborhood is quiet but it’s not the best part of town. Some security presence and better lighting would go a long way.

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet area. The rooms are well maintained, and I had no issues with my stay.

The place is really dirty / No hot water

I noticed the bugs in the ceiling when I was showering.

I was very surprised at the condition of the room. They had been renovated and they were very clean. The beds were comfortable. It surprisingly awesome

Allows pets. Clean room, good bed. Shower head was weak though.

TERRIBLE!!! Bedbugs! Slimy slick floors! Dirty! Blood on the bed! Non smoking room but it smelled like an ashtray! JUST BAD BAD BAD! Made me wonder why I had to pay $100 deposit when there’s nothing I could’ve done to make it any worse!
