Un hotel que te da mucho más de lo que pagas, un servicio excelente…! Muy recomendado

Great hotel. They’re really trying to please.

Ho apprezzato tanto la gentilezza e la cordialità di Lupe, che ci ha aiutato a trovare la giusta escursione sul lago Titicaca appena prenotata la stanza. Inoltre il ristorante all'ultimo piano offre una vista su Puno ed il lago davvero suggestiva. La stanza era un po' fredda, perché non era presente il riscaldamento, ma c'erano le coperte di rinforzo con cui non abbiamo patito il freddo.

Perfect location a few blocks from the central square. The rooms are a bit "old" but we appreciated the heating. Great breakfast at the top floor with view over the Titicaca lake.

Close to all attractions and shopping

An elegant hotel thats comparable to one in Manhattan, NY, at an affordable price. The interior is just as well maintained and within 7 minutes walk from Puno's bus terminal for those visiting Lake TitiCaca.

Central and affordable but had some sewage issues when we stayed there.

Beautiful setting and lovely garden wonderful recharge from endless walks that Arequipa inspires. Short walk from historic center.

The staff at this hotel are one of the nicest teams I have ever come across. The daily smiles from them are genuine. They make you feel wanted. The cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast marvellous. Please make this your hotel before any others.

Vamos muito bem recebidos nesse hotel, em Puno. Os quartos são grandes e comportam bem uma familia de 4 pessoas. O hotel é bem localizado no centro da cidade, sendo necessário andar algumas quadras até o porto no lago Titicaca

The hotel is 1 block away from central plaza. A lot of restaurants and tour guide places around. The area around it is not loud so you will be able to rest.

I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The stuff was delightfully friendly and helpful, always there and always smiling. The room was lovely, with a sweet little niche with a table facing the big sort-of-french window - loved that bit! All the rest was great too. The breakfast good, again with a very friendly stuff. All in all, I'll book there next time I'm in Puno for certain...

Nice 3 star hotel within 1 block from Plaza de Armas. Building is old and breakfast could improve, but considering price this is an excellent option in Puno.

Very cute hotel in a middle of downtown close to many interesting historic trademarks and restaurants.

Ambiente agradável e limpo. Café da manhã gostoso. Atendimento atencioso. A localização é muito boa. Tem um pouco de barulho, apesar das janelas anti-ruído. As fotos condizem com o que você vai encontrar.

L’hotel nous a vendu un tour pour le lac Titicaca. Durant le tour une croisière optionnelle en embarcation traditionnelle était proposé (nous avons décliné l’offre), en punition nous avons dû attendre 1h00 dans le bateau enfermés (sur un tour de 1h45) !!!!!! Un scandale !!! Quand nous l’avons dit à la réception il nous ont dit « you have to pay »... service client 0 !!!nul une arnaque

Clean facilities renovated and for what you pay it’s worth it . Better choice of breakfast .
