The hotel smelled like sewage.

Cama maravilhosa, quarto tamanho ótimo! Uma estadia perfeita. A acústica não era 100%, mas nada que atrapalhasse. Super bem localizado, e café da manhã simples mas com o essencial. Voltaria com certeza.

Cheiro de esgoto no ralo do banheiro. O café é muito simples, não tem variedades, deixa a desejar.

Our stay was excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the bed super comfortable, the room clean, and the breakfast that was included was generous enough to hold us over until dinner. Well-located near restaurants, etc., this hotel is a great value. We'd stay here again!

O hotel é muito bom mas tivemos um problema que foi uma cobrança indevida de um espelho que quebrou. Sorte que minha mãe não estava no banheiro no momento se não poderia ter se machucado. O problema foi que além do acidente ainda cobraram o espelho

El menú del desayuno, bueno aunque poca variedad el personal de comedor súper amable. En recepción la chica encantadora, los chicos un poco indiferentes a los pasajeros. El aseo de la habitación no fue tan bueno el primer día pero mejoró después, aunque nunca se preocuparon de poner jabón

Excellent service. I arrived late at night and they were very helpful and helped me with my check out time. Breakfast was very good! AC was a little noisy at times, but over all very good experience.

Lovely hotel in a nice neighborhood. Comfy bed and shower was ok, sometimes the water pressure went up and down presumably due to other rooms usage. Room was a bit dated but comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with scrambled eggs and bacon as well as the usual continental style and plenty of sweet pastries and fruit bowls too. Breakfast coffee was a let down, not great. You can book the hot tub, steam room and sauna for private use which is recommended. We booked a full body massage also through reception which you pay them in cash (Argentinan Pesos). They brought in an outside masseue, Esteban who was amazing and highly recommended after a lot of treking Patagonia! Check out a couple of great steak houses on the next street. La Lucia for something a bit fancier and HUGE steaks and Estancia la Florencia just up the street more informal but just as good and cheaper.

Helpful staff and large room

I had a very pleasant stay at Villaggio Boutique Hotel. My room was large with a comfortable sitting area and a very comfy king bed. Despite being centrally located, it was wonderfully quiet. The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance to some of the best restaurants and pastry shops in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good selection. Room amenities were very nice, and the minibar with fridge was a convenient touch. A couple of things to note: the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner, and there is no lounge on the premises—though plenty of great options are just a short walk away. My only real complaint: upon my arrival in Mendoza, I asked the hotel to arrange airport transportation. While someone was there to pick me up, I was charged triple the average Uber rate. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This was extremely disappointing and not in line with the otherwise positive experience at the hotel.

En general la estadía estuvo muy bien. El hotel está en una ubicación ideal. Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento pero no es grave
