Room climate is comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff is extremely helpful & polite to make our stay in Montreal a memorable one. Also, the whole day coffee machine made us energetic throughout the day. Thank you very much the staff.

No AC, had to open windows. Very noisy for outside and hallways. You get what you pay for.

Great location, basic accommodations, AC is an antique pathetic system, included "breakfast" is a joke. Overall good if you set your expectations. Reserving with Expedia was a mistake, won't do that again

Made our first trip to Montreal all the more enjoyable, location and staff very friendly and help full. Cant wait to explore again !!

Pros: we got a quiet little room facing the back with windows that open. Clean beds and updated bathroom. Plenty of towels. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. Cons: although very well stocked the breakfast area was extremely small and crowded.

Was good value for money

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel had an adequate breakfast and the amenities in the hotel and the rooms were good. The rooms were clean, up to date and a good size. Staff kept the rooms clean every day and replenished supplies often.

The aircondition was turned off around 11pm. and the phone in the room is not working.

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip with my friends and I. It was convenient to the metro which we loved and used that to get around. The hotel staff were lovely and helped answer any questions we had. They were all very welcoming. The free breakfast was nice for a budget hotel and had a wide selection. The only complaint we had was that it kind of smelled bad when walking up to the entrance because of the garbage being left outside in the heat, but inside the hotel it was clean and so was our room. Parking was very convenient, it was right across the street in an underground garage and not that expensive when we left
