Repeat visit. Lovely clean room, great breakfast and attentive service. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The bar was great, loved the roaring fire.

Friendly, warm, clean, quiet. All good.

Room itself was ok, but the sink unit failed in the morning, so no shave or wash possible. This is our third visit and it has happened each time in 3 different rooms. Reception staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived for check in, but the exit reception staff did not seem really interested in the sink problem and were quite keen to suggest that it was our fault for not operating it properly. Not good.

Friendly helpful staff, good food, a relaxed bar and a very comfortable bed. I would stay again.

Fabulous staff and comfortable clean accommodations.

Singage on doors is poor. the website Ai chat bot give the wrong time for breakfast. and at 4:30am when staff go home they play loud car stereo and shout across the court yard. following morning someone used the toilets near reception and the strench of crap lingured. just som simple air freshener would of helped. a lot of little things to improve.

Brilliant find. Stayed here for one night as son was passing out at pirbright, but service was excellent. Staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We stayed in room 59. Was lovely, clean and modern. Nice smells throughout. Xmas decks on point and we noticed it isn't too far from the big shopping centres. Truly worth a visit. Breakfast great value for the area. Can't praise this hotel and it's staff enough. Everyone from the cleaners to the front of house was polite, friendly and helpful.

Portion sizes are very small and you are only allowed one breakfast choice per person. Price wasn’t fair to the portion sizes

Nice venue, went to a dinner party, spacious venue. Room was a bit creaky, cooked breakfast was very good, espresso late and excellent service.
