Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I have nothing negative to say this hotel was amazing. Great value,staff is great. My room was clean plenty of free parking. We got into town a little early to enjoy the beach. The staff let me park there before I checked in. about one block from Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, which was very convenient.

The Ocean Pacific Lodge was a great stay at an awesome price. The place was very clean and the staff very friendly. The location was in great walking distance to the Boardwalk, restaurants and stores. We would stay there again!

Just stayed the one night but great hotel for a short stay. Nice pool area and easy walking to both beach and town..

Great location with all the basic amenities included. If you’re looking for 5 star luxury you won’t find it here. If you’re looking for a great location that’s walkable to the boardwalk, beach, downtown etc this is the spot.

The hotel is in a great spot. Walking distance to many places I frequent. Front desk personnel was friendly. Now the bad news…The room was so very outdated, and no extra lock from the inside on the door that a hotel employee can’t unlock made it feel a bit unsafe. The bed was not comfortable whatsoever. The overwhelming smell of bleach inside this room the whole time made me queasy. At least they used bleach to clean. It was so old and outdated inside this room that I definitely had to wear shoes the whole time because the carpet was unsatisfactory. I really wish hotels would get rid of carpet. It smells and harbors germs. Ick! Probably won’t be staying here again.

This hotel is extremely outdated and over priced. Its equivalent to a super 8 from the 1980's.

The walls are paper thin. For two nights I was up all night. The doors slamming shut people talking the ice machine going off. It was not a place I will return to in the future

We stayed here for a night midweek and it worked out great. The location is super convenient—a super short walk to the boardwalk and lots of restaurants nearby, so we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Parking was included and there were plenty of spaces when we got there, which was a nice bonus. The room itself was clean, nothing fancy, but perfect for a short stay.

We wanted to visit the Boardwalk for 3 days but had a small dog. This pet friendly lodge was extremely convenient for walking to the attractions, free parking and a good, inexpensive outdoor eating place across the street. The pool was nice and also warm. The office staff was extremely helpful and nice particularly with suggestions for the dog. The windows are single paned so kind of noisy but the A/C helped. The cleaning staff needs better training. They skipped our room entirely one day. It is a very good place to stay and has a great location.

There was garbage left in my room from the previous occupants. Probably just an oversight. I'm from the housekeeping staff.

Staff was so friendly. Super close to the boardwalk. Pool and spa clean and kid friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
