Entre les pbl de saleté et de clim qui fuit mes debuts ont ete chaotiques. Mais forte heureusement il y a un super responsable de reception qui fait tout son possible pour que les clients soient satisfait. Il est vraiment super ainsi que son equipe. La plage est sympa et bien surveillée. Je vais d’ailleurs t prolonger mon sejour

My stay was really enjoyable. All the staff were nice apart from the housekeeping who never cleaned our room even when we put the sign the most they did was supply toilet roll. Never cleaned the floor or picked up the wet towel or vacuumed. It got so bad that we have roaches in the room and had to change rooms. But other than that the stay was brilliant. The staff in the restaurants, bar and animations staff were all friendly and polite.

The place was good and the staff also, they are trying their best to keep you happy. What i didn’t like about the place is the Standard rooms are horrible, the furnitures look so old and the beds as well. If you are planning to stay there place get Superior Room and you will like it …

Das Hotel hat meiner Meinung nach nicht mal 1 Stern verdient: Service ist terrible, nur mit Schmiergeld/Trinkgeld bekommt einen Tisch und ein Getränk. Kühlschrank in der Minibar funktioniert nicht, nach zwei Tagen haben wir einen zweiten Kühlschrank bekommen der ebenfalls nicht funktionierte, sodass die Insulinspritzen von meinem Vater kaputt gegangen sind. Es werden für 4 Personen nur 2 große Handtücher gebracht. Gesichtshandtücher habe ich nur beim ersten Tag gesehen sonst nicht mehr. Ich habe mich mehrfach beschwert und es hieß sie bringen mir welche, leider ohne Erfolg! Wenn man eine Stunde vor dem Essensschluss kommt gab es an 3 Tagen gar nichts mehr an Obst. Die Zimmer werden halbherzig gereinigt. Das Bad stinkt jedes Mal wenn man die Tür aufmacht. Beim Frühstück gibt es Pappbecher die schnell einweichen. Gläser gibt es erst beim Mittagessen
