Very central on the main square - Plaza de Armas.

It was a nice hotel, good breakfast, good location, friendly staff. Only thing, shower water pressure was inconsistent.

Room, water pressure (hot and cold alternate, no good mixing). Staff is good and ready to help. Avoid rooms close to the street, too much noise.

I've had the pleasure of staying twice in the past two months at this very nice hotel, each time it was just great, from the moment we arrived there was Ivan at the door greeting us and later taking us to our room. Ivan is a pleasant person alway eager to help, I saw him helping other people with the same care, he is definitely and asset to this hotel. There were also the waiters at the restaurant, I'm sorry I forgot their names but there were just very friendly and courteous at all times. I also have to mention the nice people at the front desk always going out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Is also necessary to say that my wife and I were guests of the hotel around 20 years ago and we were very happy to see that our last stay was as good perhaps even better than that prior time. Rooms were roomy, clean and very well - appointed. Breakfast Buffett was superb, front-office staff were very professional and courteous.
