Amazing room and very attentive staff.

Staff was amazing. Our waitress at the hotel restaurant made sure our daughter had a fruit/bread plate waiting for us the morning we left. Everyone was courteous and made sure our time in Munich went perfectly.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal.***** Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sehr sauber und bieten höchsten Komfort. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war einfach traumhaft. Auch die ruhige, aber zentrale Lage in München ist ideal. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

La habitación muy limpia y bonita, el personal encantador, la vista magnífica. El único detalle fue que la calefacción no funcionó bien, y tuvimos que pedir un calentador de torre.

Excellent hotel a service is top notch from the moment you check in, using the spa, room service, dining, housekeeping, etc. everyone is very helpful an attentive to the needs of the guest. Great location.

Chaotische Angaben im Restaurant, leider komplett überfüllter SPA Bereich, unfreundliche Mitarbeitende insbes. an der Reception. Insgesamt eine grosse Enttäuschung.

We had a lovely stay at the Charles hotel and were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade on our arrival - a very rare event these days! The breakfast was amazing, with kind, thoughtful and very attentive staff. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Munich was amazing with incredible Christmas markets - so much to do and see.

Our stay at the Charles Hotel in Munich was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had! We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Each morning we had a lovely breakfast in the Florio restaurant—really enjoyed the pretzels on offer in the buffet spread! Each member of the staff we encountered made sure that we were well taken care of as well, and they were all super friendly. Highly recommend this property for any stay in Munich!

Staff, beautiful room, pool, great location. On the Saturday we requested the room to be cleaned when leaving around 1pm. Arrived almost 4 hours later and room had not been cleaned, had to request it again with tighter deadline as we needed to shower and go out for the evening. No water bottles were left in the room on the Saturday either, these had ti be requested.

This is a beautiful hotel next to a park. Very quiet, yet central to trains and trams, as well as walkable. Highly recommend
