Only one night out of season. No complaints. It’s a good size hotel with a pool. Close to town and quiet.

The room was small, but I did book a cosy double as only for one night. Bathroom was dated but clean. Main problem was that the room was incredibly noisy. It was overlooking the main road and also some kind of banging (heating unit?) continued throughout the night. It was ok.

The staff were amazing!! All the staff were super helpful and so friendly. My room was pretty and I had a great view of the ocean.

Lovely friendly recetion staff. We stayed in a quiet ground floor room with our dog which was very large and had seaviews. We were close to entrance to garden and the bar/ restruant. Car parking is £9 per night. Breakfast is a buffet with good choice for £12.50 pp. They also do dog food. Location is great being few minutes from sea front and restruants. Town centre is about 15 minutes walk along the beach. Torquay is lovely but we also visited Paignton nearby which we found had more going on. There are lots of walks for dogs in and around the area. The hotel was great although a little tired. Backs onto a bowls club and crazy golf and gardens.

Receptionist on arrival was amazing. Super friendly and helpful.

Quick to check in, pay for parking via app. Guest reception extremely helpful. Pool great, hot tub not open when we went. Room fantastic. Lovely decor. Breakfast was hot buffet very nice , had option of hot or cold foods. The bar in evening well stocked, pool table and comfy seating . Will visit and stay at this hotel again.

I felt this hotel offered great value for money and having access to an indoor pool was a great surprise. The staff were attentive and helpful. The location is great, with Abbey Park, the seafront and bus stops right on the doorstep.

It was very run down and in need of a really good referb but overall our stay was good. The staff were brilliant and really friendly. We didnt eat so cant comment on that.

We could see the sea from our window.Our room was lovely , it was,clean,had everything you would want was spacious and furnished in keeping with the building. The hotel had indoor and outside pool’s,a hot tub and sauna.The bar area,lounge reception and breakfast area were kept exceptionally clean and tidy.All the staff were professional and helpful.

Lovely clean tidy hotel that looks like it's just been recently updated, the rooms are really nice also has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff were friendly helpful and very attentive. Close to the sea and a 10 minute walk to the town, plenty of places to dine, shop and have a drink. Definitely will be going here again and would recommend this hotel.

All the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly but the young man called Morgan, I believe, was exceptionally helpful. He moved me to a room which had fewer stairs to deal with and made a wonderful strawberry gin and tonic! I also enjoyed the chef’s vegetable lasagne.

A very warm welcome as usual. Room was spotless and spacious

Staff were great room seemed clean however we were both bitten to pieces , we did report this the following morning. Great location. Just a shame we were so bitten overnight in the bed

As always a lovely stay unfortunately on the last day before we left there was no water or heating but there had been a storm the night before other than that excellent as always

Lovely clean large Room. Pool sadly closed in January otherwise would have used that too.

Lovely stay. Clean room and friendly staff. We stayed at a quieter time of year, so it would be nice to see it in summer.
