I liked you had to use the key to enter the front door. Loved the layout of the lobby. The breakfast and staff was good.

Nothing but issues. Parking garage for $72 a night or Valet. There were NO places to pull in to get Valet. 35 minutes waiting finally got a spot. No luggage carts. And 60-100 people loitering outside hotel until 2 a.m. Desk person said security can’t do anything about it. Then when you wanted your car from the valet it took 25 minutes.

This hotel is in the perfect downtown location.

Great checking in and room is good, I just didn’t like the 48 hour cancellation time if you decided to stay an extra night and then in the morning changed your mind you can’t cancel they will charge you anyway?.. That I don’t like.

Hotel room window would not close and city noise was troublesome . Staff did not fix.

Came down for breakfast at 9am. Everything was empty. It took the staff 45min to refill everything by that time i had to leave. The breakfast staff looked very upset working the kitchen.

OUR STAY WAS JUST RIGHT.

The check-in was easy and the attendant was polite and helpful The bed was comfortable but the shower had moldy caulk and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling up The breakfast was ok but the eggs had a funny taste

Property is old not worth the price they charge us

Great overnight stay.

The Hotel was clean but a little outdated and parking was very expensive. The breakfast was not very good but very clean area. Staff should periodically check the area for any issues with food replacements.

Good hotel overall. Breakfast was good. 8min walk from powerplant. Keep in mind that there is no free/cheap parking nearby. You'll have no option but to use 50$/night valet service.

Beautiful room and was very pleased

Hotel is ver good. Staff is friendly and Cleanliness is laudable. But security is average. Outer immediate premise is not smoke free. In the night there was a noise.

Easy quick breakfast, valet is great, staff is always so nice!

Was approached by some unsavory characters returning from a night baseball game at Camden Yards

This property was exactly as advertised and what I expected. I recommend using the valet service. Definitely worth the price. We would stay here again if are ever in the Baltimore area.
