Rooms were small but clean. Everything you need is there. Rooms weren't cleaned until later in the evening. But it was great weekend stay..

The cold water tap did not work in my room for the first night… so we were not able to bathe… no coloensation from the hotel. Our room was not cleaned the next day and we had no clean towels and had to call for this. I was not impressed at all… as this was not rectified by the hotel, even after I left a note for the manager to call me

Terrible customer service when issues arise

Outlets beside the bed didn't work so we couldn't charge phones, have lights or clock. Only got 9 stations on the TV.

The room smelt very moldy. The air conditioner was not blowing cool air on its highest function. The beds we were told were queen beds appeared to be double. It was an awful experience. Its not close to anything either!!!

The sound insulation is completely terrible. The staff is very kind who helped us change a room at 1pm because there was a whole family talking loudly outside the room, and we can not rest at all. The experience was very bad, but the staff is well-trained and very kind.

Reasonable price. Great location!!

I enjoyed my stay. The value for price was what I was after since I did stay in the off season when prices are very competitive. Since the prices were so reasonable, I ended up having two visits a month apart.

Parking was good and easy. Did not use air-conditioning. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Good location to me, not too far from the falls. Coffee was good to me.

Si volvería a hospedarme. Me gustaron las amenidadws de shampoo, jabón y acondicionador. Nos dieron late check-out hasta las 12pm (1 hora más). La ubicación es regular. En general limpio. Me gustaría que tuvieran smart TV. También alguna aromatizante ambiental.

Subha is very friendly, cooperative, responsive and respectful. She resolved all my issues in no time with a big smile on her face. She has the real customer service attitude in hospitality business. The room was clean, quiet and AC working.
