There’s a club next door or down stairs or both? But the noise wasn’t too bad and didn’t go on all night. The room was the most bizarre hotel room I’ve ever had. But I loved it!

Nattklubben på första våningen stänger 04. Innan det kan du glömma att sova. Rummen är väldigt slitna och det finns mycket litet utbud av mat i området.

Nattklubb till 03 varje natt, vi bodde högst upp och hade fönster stängda, ingen kunde sova före 03, inte ens med öronproppar. Inte ens min väninna som bodde åt andra hållet. Dusch som ingen fattade (vi var tre i rummet), och ingen kunde komma upp och visa oss, utan de visade en bild och försökte förklara nere i receptionen. Varmt och ingen AC, när nattklubben inte var igång hade vi både två fönster och dörren ut till korridoren öppna. Brandlarmet gick två nätter, vid 03 en natt och 05 natten efter. Ingen brand... Fint och väldigt rymligt rum i övrigt och läget i Dublin var väldigt bra.

The hotel itself and the staff were all great, but the all night, outdoor nightclub under our windows, not so much. If I could transplant the hotel somewhere away from the music I would stay here again, but as-is, I would steer friends and family away unless they are planning to be on the dance floor each night, too.

As most reviews say, be prepared for the noise from the night club downstairs until 4am - and this even on weeknights. Otherwise, the room was perfectly acceptable, nothing crazy but no complaints. What was annoying is when you go to enter the hotel at night, the bouncers of the club are very rude and it’s difficult to access your hotel room because it’s all blocked off by them!

The room we had was very big and spacious, if a bit dated. The bathroom was clean. Shower wasnt great, very hard to control the temperature. The lift is tiny and only used it the once as it was a bit scary how small it was. Check in was really quick and smooth. You could hear the nightclubs on site but were notified about it on booking so it was our choice to still stay here, it did wake me up a couple of times but it wasnt terrible and it was only for one night.

Mostly a fine hotel at a reasonable price. No late bar, unfortunately.

Very noisy hotel with music blaring till 2.30 AM worst stay ever in Dublin. Won’t be returning! Terrible value for money and would really like a refund.

Nice and functional, rooms slightly worn and there is no a/c but clean and tidy There is no parking outside so you have to plan ahead a bit. If you are a light sleeper use the free ear plugs provided as there is a lot of activity from the outside. Worth the money

Honestly I just wouldn’t stay here. They have a club INSIDE the hotel. How does one get sleep with the club going on? You don’t In my opinion you can have one or the other but certainly not both. And also the rooms are stuffy. There’s a reason it’s cheaper. Avoid

I really enjoyed staying here. We got the deluxe room because it was the only one left on the night we needed but I have no regrets, it was great. It was a very sunny day so our room was very hot but reception sorted us out with a fan very quickly. All of the staff were lovely :) I enjoyed the decor and I thought the nightclub was fun (I didn't actually go into the nightclub, but I felt like I got a VIP experience dancing in my room). When you get back after the nightclub is open you have to ring to be let in, so you feel even more like a VIP :') To be honest the music was noticeable but I didn't mind it. I went to bed late anyway. They put earplugs in the room but honestly with the fan on and windows and curtains closed it was background enough that I didn't need them. But I'm someone who prefers falling asleep to background noise. It was a fun experience! I will certainly remember it. And I would be excited to stay again in the deluxe room if I got the chance :)

Ich war bereits das 4. Mal in Dublin und habe mich aufgrund des Preises und der Lage für dieses Hotel entschieden. Was wusste ich darüber aus den Bewertungen? Laut und Heiss. Also habe ich mich vorbereitet und Gehörschütze eingepackt. Angekommen im Hotel bat ich an der Reception um ein „leises“ Zimmer und bekam ein Zimmer im 3. Stock zur Strasse hin. Im Zimmer angekommen konnte ich den Fakt „Heiss“ bestätigen…..also runter zur Reception und gefragt, ob jemand die Heizung runterdrehen könnte, da dies selber nicht möglich war (verschraubte Abdeckung). 10 Minuten später wurde mein Wunsch erfüllt. Das Zimmer ist in die Jahregekommen aber sehr sauber. Das Badzimmer neu renoviert und auch sauber. Als Gast hat man freien Zugang zum Club und das ist praktisch, ist doch so der Zugang zum Guinness vereinfacht. Ich habe nun 4 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und würde wieder buchen. Die Gehörschütze sind nur nützlich, wenn das Geschrei der betrunkenen, weiblichen Gäste beim verlassen des Clubs zu lange andauert, ansonsten lässt sich gut schlafen. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und ich kann nichts negatives anmerken.

Hotel is old Georgian style and croissants juicers and coffee provided in Dow stairs bar in the morning. Family room for 4 was spacious and comfy with adequate housekeeping. Only issue room overly warm and full blown nightclub going on every night on ground floor and base Ent. Very loud music till 3am. It ideal for average guests. Would not stay again due to this only.

Hotel it self was lovely and clean There was a night club and it was late so didn’t get good night sleep and no hot breakfast next morning very disappointing

The shower wasn’t very good, Water pressure was poor and it was noisy from the nightclub downstairs but they give you ear plugs which helped. Every thing else was excellent! They even gave us an umbrella to borrow when we ventured out as it was raining.

I had to return to Belfast as the room was not up to standard it was far to warm with the windows not opening. The condition of the rooms were not good although the entrance was lovely. The bathroom was very terrible marks on the toilet. The room did not feel clean and I couldn’t stay there. I was told I would get a refund before I left but now apparently I can’t. Not a good experience at all !
