Hotel was spotless always cleaners going about. Bit of a rush for sunbeds in the morning but could always find 2 in the afternoon. Staff were really friendly and very small shop onside but well stocked even with pastries.. location is perfect. stayed a few times now and will definitely be back

Lovely big apartment with big balcony. Super comfy beds and lots of storage. Bath/ shower dated but functional. Only negative was on our last day when we decided to have a pool day and the sunbeds are chained up till 10am and it’s a war with the other guests to get one.

Évitez les chambres au rez de chaussé côté route. Le bruit des chariots des femmes de ménages et leurs cris aux petits matins, ce n’était vraiment pas agréable . Sinon l hôtel est correct pour le prix. Expérience avec le personnel correct mais pas mémorable . Espace piscine appréciable. l’hôtel est bien situé .

Breakfast horrible and reception staff terrible just plain rude - will not come again

Quick check-in. Staff at reception could be friendlier. A very clean room, kept clean most days, with towels replaced. Nice pool area, enough sun loungers. Good bar for drinks and a nice outdoor seating area. Enjoyed the food from the Corner Bar near the pool.

staff were exceptional from the front desk to cleaners and waiting staff but the rooms are in need of a total refurbishment but the bed was very comfortable.

The staff at reception lovely and the cleaners every where i always said hello and pool bar man friendly life gaurd nice to cant fault it lovely stay 😊

Séjour court, très bien pour ce format, literie au top ! Il manque la Clim pour les accro, mais ventilateur au plafond salon et chambre. Propre et accueil top! Nous sommes venu en rentrant de la palmas ( proche du port ( 20 min à pied ) et 5 min de l arrêt pour prendre un bus pour l’aéroport. Ultra pratique !

Booked for 5 days. Stayed in a studio apartment. Accommodation was clean. Bottle of water in fridge for arrival which was a nice touch. Close to eating areas and about 15 mins to beach. Our major issue was sunbeds at the pool. Too many apartments and no where near enough sunbeds or the space to put them. Asked lifeguard who kindly offered to get white plastic chairs for us. Asked lady at reception and was basically told (without looking up from her computer screen) not enough beds and better luck tomorrow getting one! We left after 2 days as relaxing by the pool is a big part of a holiday for us. We had asked for an upper floor apartment with a view. We got a lovely view of the swimming pool of a privately owned complex with a beautiful pool area with no one using it. At least we had a laugh about it!

Really enjoyed this apartment hotel. Very nice staff! Help and friendly to make your stay comfortable. The local area is full nice Spanish restaurants if you look for them and the hotel restaurant is quite nice if you don’t want to go out. Walkable distance to los Cristianos beach. I will definitely rebook with my family this hotel.

Hotellet begynner å bli litt nedslitt og trenger renovering. Bad/toalett var trangt. Badekar med fast dusjhode høyt oppe på veggen. Fint bassengområde. Hyggelig betjening.

Very good and spacious aparthotel with heated swimming pool. Adequate buffet breakfast. Decent restaurant onsite, and several restaurants within a short walk. Don't confuse it with HG's other apartment complex over the road. In spite of instructions not to do so, many guests left towels on the sunloungers all day. But we always managed to find a couple of free ones. If we came again we would ask for a room a bit further from the bar, as the music didn't finish until 11pm.
