The room felt like I was the first to stay in it. Staff was professional, courteous and welcoming. Hotel amenities were fabulous. The mortadella and prosciutto pizza sandwich was heavenly and a huge favorite in our group.

Staff was great. Room not so great. I felt like I was in the basement, and the septic odor was strong. Dinner was fantastic.

The room was great, service was very good, enjoyed the meals, the beach was very good (service there was great and attentive if you needed the umbrella relocated. The only couple of negatives the beach peddlers are incessant, calling, whistling and banging things together to get your attention. The bolder ones will walk into the ropped off area and try to peddle their items. Also when the cruise ship comes in, not sure if it is an agreement with Casa Dorada but they "take over" the beach area roped off for the guests. There is no security to stop the peddlers from walking into the roped off area or keeping non guests from the area.

The people at front desk seem rude and not willing to help. Only people that are good are Francisco, Adrianna, and people at the beach service and pool service. Food tasted horrible, plus $40 for a cheeseburger is INSANE. ONLY GOOD THING AT THE RESORT IS PIZZA. EVERYTHING ELSE TASTE HORRIBLE, and we end up going elsewhere.

Great hotel

Gorgeous room, clean as a whistle, attentive and friendly staff, spectacular views right on Médano beach where it all is at.

Beautiful room and location, close to the marina. The staff was exceptional and it was nice to be able to always get a lounge chair. The breakfast staff in particular were amazing. 12 Tribes restaurant had really good food and service but menu got a little routine after a week

Very friendly stuff

En general todo estuvo bien, la limpieza, la atención del personal, los servicios, el spa. Solo lo que no me agradó fue que el personal de la entrada cada que regresábamos de la calle nos preguntaba de qué habitación éramos y cuando salíamos hacia donde nos dirigíamos.

Room was nice. Pool was great

The staff was so friendly and helpful and the resort was very clean. We can’t wait to go back. Even the guest were friendly. We could walk everywhere because it was close to everything.

Honest review. Rooms were big, basically a one bed apartment. Had issues with the heat in the room as it did not work, there were a few cool nights. I think what I disliked the most is that there are restaurants between the hotel/pool and the Ocean preventing you from sitting at the pool and enjoying the views. Food options on site are limited but everything was very good. The location is very good. Walking distance to everything, and the beach is easily accessible, and a perfect location. The sand in Cabo is not like Cancun/Playa which is a little disappointing. Its very fine in Cancun/Playa and course in Cabo.

The room was large and the staff was great. My issue was the noisy music from the mango bar and the mango bill g that blocked the view from the beach

This place was amazing! Our suite was so clean, and so comfortable. Our bathroom was huge. The entire staff were great. Blanca at Maydan was our favorite 💖The food was great. (The food by the pool was the BEST) The pool was so nice. Every bit of this place was perfect. We will definitely be back here again.
