Best hotel near Old Montreal! Great location easy walk to Notre Dame. Great happy hour free drinks and free breakfast with omelettes! Ate dinner here too. The entres wete excellent! Parking under the hotel is easy. Wonderful hotel! Will always stay here!

Hotel and Staff are Amazing, only downfall was the jetted tub we so wanted to use was "under maintenace" and not communicated so sat in a big tub with no bubbles, other than that, highly recommend.

The place is great accessible in everything walkable to Notre Dame Basilica but the service of the staff is kind of poor we asked for a blanket, and extra pillows and a cover for sofa bed and it takes for them for 1 hour and a follow up call to deliver it.

We were able to get an early check in and the room was large and clean. The breakfasts were great and the complimentary drinks were a bonus.

Staff at this location are all fantastic, good friendly and helpful, great options for breakfast, the hot breakfast person is great, surrounding area is walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants, had a really good stay at this hotel and location, thank you

Very central location in old Montreal. Walkable to all the main attractions.

The breakfast was always the same everyday.Sometimes the workers seems to be disorganized during breakfast.

I enjoyed our stay. Registration staff and concierge very friendly and helpful. The hotel room haf a kitchette which was helpful in saving some money on dining out. The hotel is dated and its age was showing in the condition and style of the hallway carpets and walls however it was clean. I liked the complimentary breakfast and dribks during happy hour. I would stay here again

Great place to stay right in Old Montreal

This is our second time staying here. We love the convinent location, just a short walk to Notre Dame and Old Montreal. Complimentary breakfast and free happy hour drinks is a bonus!

Location is great in Old Montreal. We were able to walk or metro everywhere. Rooms are a nice size. We were staying for 5 nights. Breakfast was advertised as made to order but this was omlettes only. Everything else was a breakfast buffet, typical of hotel chains. Still a nice included breakfast. Happy hour was lovely. The room was full of people to talk to, bartenders were lovely and there were light snacks which was a nice touch. Our room was never "cleaned" the whole time we were there. The bed was made and towel refreshed, but the floor was never swept, the toilet cleaned etc. The towel bar kept falling off the wall whenever it was touched. We would leave it on the floor and it would be hung back up without being fixed to fall again. Customer service was lacking but not due to any one person in particular. I think they are just understaffed. We called for additional towels as there were only three in the room, even though four of us were registered to stay and we were told they would "try to get around to it." They never did and despite asking several times we were never provided more than three towels (My poor husband dried off with hand towels). On night we were tired and decided to just order room service. Not seeing a number for room service, I called the front desk and asked to be connected. She said she would connect me but they probably won't answer because they were busy. When the call returned to the front desk I was told to try after 7pm
