Lumen hotel is the perfect location for traveling in the heart of Paris, near metro, near louvre museum, varies of restaurants. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in louvre suites and pleasure with fully furniture and nice decoration.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while waiting for my family to arrive in Paris. The hotel staff were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

We reserved a balcony room for our anniversary. Hotel Lumen is located in the heart of everything - close to the Seine, the Louvre, the Musee D’Orsay, incredible restaurants, etc. The staff from the front desk team to housekeeping were all attentive and responsive to our every need. When we make it back to Paris we will definitely stay there again.

This moderate sided, cozy hotel is located just 2 minutes walk to Lauvre and near many sightseeings. The staffs of this hotel are super friendly and warm. All front desks are excellent, in particular Slavisa, due to my mistakes on my hotel payment and airplane departure time, I frequently asked his help on my checkout during my last night stay. He barely could sleep due to my frequent requests. He was super friendly and patience and resolved my concerns and tension immediately. The room is very clean and excellent service and the breakfasts were delicious. Staying this hotel was one of my happiness things during my trip to Paris. I would recommend my Chinese folks to choose Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre.

Hotel Lumen is simply wonderful! The location is perfect—we were able to walk almost everywhere, including the Louvre, the Tuileries Garden, Place de la Concorde, and the metro. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a balcony, air conditioning, a sitting area, a spacious bathroom, a mini fridge, and a coffee and tea station. We also appreciated the fresh bottled water provided daily. Breakfast was excellent, with a varied buffet that was the perfect way to start each day, and the housekeeping staff was always professional and attentive. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff, especially Shami and Slavisa. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and they always made an effort to speak Spanish, English, and French—the three languages we use—which made us feel comfortable and cared for from day one. They helped us with directions, transportation, luggage, and even prepared breakfast bags when we had early departures. Every afternoon, after exploring Paris, we were welcomed back with refreshing mint water and fresh bread in the lobby. It was such a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel like we were coming home. We highly recommend Hotel Lumen and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our visit to Paris so special!

The property location is brilliant. We were 5 minutes walk to Louvre Museum and many bus and metro options available as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and kindly helped make a short trip very special. The air conditioning during the heatwave was nice to have. Negatives: The sink was blocked and had grime coming up. Only realised this late at night and left very early next morning so did not complain. The room had a few door handles missing, and the street was very noisy with windows open.

Great location. Good staff and decent breakfast

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris. It was central to all the sights, located in a quiet, clean, safe area with access to restaurants, shopping and the Metro, staffed by welcoming, kind, and helpful staff, and very well-appointed. We originally planned to stay in another area of town for the last few days of our trip, but we liked the Lumen so much that we cancelled our other reservation and finished out our trip at the Lumen! We can't say enough about the front desk staff and the restaurant/bar staff - everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Paris, I would not hesitate to stay there again!

We love the location , lots of food and shopping at your doorstep

Very disappointed that during the Paris heat wave the hotel advertised air conditioning but it was over 80 degrees F in our room. We were offered fans but the room didn’t cool down until 5:00AM. We checked out 2 days early and went to another hotel with real air conditioning and temp controls in the room. Upon checkout early the Lumen front desk asked if there was “something” more they could do … they should have don’t more when we arrived NOT after complaining. This is not a 4 star hotel. Saving grace was the breakfast but outside was jackhammering loudly on the street. I Do Not Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Lumen in Paris! The location was superb and could not be beat. So centrally located in the 1st and right by the Louvre. We had the duplex suite which was perfect for our family of 4, so the kids could sleep downstairs and had their own bathroom. Room was very nice and bathroom was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
