Fantastic venue , fantastic service .

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very comfortable, good air con. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, nice pastries, hot food, fruit etc. Location is great, next to the beach, short walk from lots of restaurants etc. Checkout was noon, which meant we could go to the beach and return to shower and pack. Minor quibbles: could use some more power sockets in the room. Shower was a little tight (over the bath) but clean and plenty of hot water. We knew about the maintenance work, which did not affect our stay except it blocked the sea view from the restaurant & bar.

Ongoing construction in the area was pretty noisy but other than that, great stay with excellent location + easy parking.

Breakfast was good, hotel room was clean and hotel location is nice. All in all a good hotel to stay at.

Loved proximity to beach. Unfortunate that construction impeded the view from the dining room and there was no terrace to sit on. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff very helpful. Only criticism was the breakfast buffet being the same every day and not very warm. overall a decent hotel and would go back there.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We had a wet bathroom floor due to a leak from the toilet which we reported. Unfortunately there was building work and part of the hotel was clad in plastic and scaffolding. We had a room without scaffolding outside but the building work noise was unbearable at 8am!

Great hotel in centre of St Helier, major works outside until Dec 26 with many rooms not in use. Lovely friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

There was some negatives to the visit as there was some external work being done, but we were advised of this well before our visit. Breakfast was good, however I would describe the dinner as a bare pass. my advice is this. Pick a sea view room on the fourth floor. The hotel is close to St. Helier town centre and that is a plus.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and pleased to have a shower and a bath. Lovely products in the bathroom. It was a shame that the hotel was being refurbished and all the rooms with a sea view were not available but I am sure it will be good when it has been done.

Staff and cleanliness of the hotel were great, only downside was that there were three of us in the room and they had only provided two of most things. The bathtub was also narrow and was very slow draining. Otherwise, great stay and would definitely book again.

Old, dirty, grubby and poor food. The hotel is under construction. Maybe that is what customers should be informed of!

Ongoing renovations means no marina view rooms until possibly next year Staff very helpful. Rooms need updated no USB sockets. Cooked breakfast isn’t great better breakfast at a Travelodge.

The beds were uncomfortably hard

Room was spacious and generally clean. Bathroom was a bit tired with low water pressure but functional. Closets acceptable but of a smaller size. Excellent location on waterfront with expansive sea views.

Decent room but needs to be refreshed as looked a bit tired and could have done with a picture and guest information. The tv was a faff to switch on, not sure if it was the batteries or tv which kept buffering. The staff in the waterfront restaurant were so funny and friendly, reception staff were mixed. Some were really personable and friendly others were just transactional. Loads of great choice for breakfast.

Lovely room and swimming pool. Pity half the hotel was being rebuilt when we visited - something neither the hotel nor Hotels.com made us aware of it

Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return
