The restaurant and the managers of restaurant called Peppe and Andres, and Desree from drinks section were superheroes of the hotel. Other than the price we pay doesn’t even close to half of the expectation. Super disappointed with the price performance versus quality.. exaggeratedly expensive! And the horrible reality of the mosquitos!! We even can not walk to restaurant from room ! Forget about sitting by the beach or pool.or enjoy the scenery! I wish i could have chance to leave in the middle and ask for refund!

Excellent buffet

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our time here. We had a family suite which was just enough for us and our two boys age 11 and 8. The big balcony was especially helpful for a place to dry clothes and towels after the day at beach and pool. We also appreciated the cold water purifiers stationed around the hallways. HowId rate the things we did: #1 beach and pool: gorgeous, clean, comfortable. Get pool chairs early. The beach is better in the morning or early evening. #2 food: we did half board and were so impressed by quality of the food. At first we were only going to do breakfast, but when we realized how good everything was and that our kids would be in the pool all day it was just easier. And so worth it. Meal times are time boxed though so be sure the check that. #3 excursions: while the resort is amazing, there is so much to do nearby. We went scuba diving near Alcúdia one day, and explored Formentor another. Leave the resort strip at least once or twice! #4: other activities onsite- silent disco night was awesome. The staff are so kind and fun and really engage the kids. We also played tennis- courts could use an update and be sure to book early or late for shade. Thing to note: we were surprised by the number of families with little kids (under 6). Our boys as basically tweens seemed old. We had a wonderful time, and everyone was very relaxed. But I would not suggest this as a place to come as a couple or alone.

A good hotel on the beach. For us it has gad to much children. I think for familys is good, but if you want to relax it's not the best location

sensationelle, einmalige Lage direkt am Strand, Zimmer schön, gepflegt und sauber. Essen sehr gut, allerdings ist es im Speisesaal extrem laut. Das ist Nichts für Paare ohne Kinder. Negativ: „Aufenthaltsraum“ sehr zugig und spartanisch, 👎 Pool leider nicht beheizt 👎

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area with water slides was excellent. The sea was very clean and shallow, perfect for children. There was a wide variety of food, but the quality could have been better. Housekeeping came at inconvenient times, towels were not always replaced, and bed linen was never changed. Overall, I don’t think the hotel fully meets 5-star standards.

Super endroit. Très bien situé avec accès direct à la plage. Le service est au top. Tout était parfait à part une mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. Ce qui fait que les chambres situées non loin de la rue peuvent être parfois bruyante. À part cela, et ça ne nous a pas énormément dérangé pendant le séjour, rien à redire. Parfait pour les familles et on arrive même à être au calme au bord de la piscine. Service exceptionnel.

Overall great experience. 2 areas for improvement would be parking and the in-room air conditioning, which didn’t do the trick.

Amazing hotel on a fantastic beach! Positives: Staff, food in all restaurants is great, swimming pool is amazing, great slides for kids at the kids pool, literally 5 steps from the most amazing beach. Negatives: Mattress wasn’t very comfortable and my husband felt the air con at the room was not enough. Overall amazing stay and we will come back.

Great team , very nice staff in the restaurant, at the desk, beautiful views, gardens and outside swimming pools, animations and shows for children and parents are super ! Very good dîner (various theme every evening) , breakfast is good with very good bread. The juice (orange or over) are not good or fresh, they are too sweet and chimical. The bed in the room was not enough confortable. The inside swimming pool is not very clean and there is nowhere to change.. and the door of the WC is transparent so you can say hello to anyone in the group changing room

Allgemein war es gut und wir waren zufrieden die Essensauswahl war auch gut und qualitativ hochwertig. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber Aber für den Preis könnte man einen beheitzen Pool außen so wie im Spa erwarten. Das Wasser in den Becken war kälter als das Meer Ende September hatte das Meer 26 Grad. Die Pools 21 Grad das ist einfach zum Baden nicht angenehm.

Hidden Gem! A Very Special Place Hotel Overall It's been a great experience. Quite unexpected due to so many fun options for kids and family. Various pools to swim across and just by the beach front. Restaurants Food is great all around. I normally don't feel like this way about many 5* hotels I have visited over the years. But this one has definitely standout. Kids Club My twin girls enjoyed the kids club a lot as they had many different activities every day. It was well spread out to ensure they wouldn't get bored. Night Events Many different night events. Also for kids and adults. The entertainment staff are brilliant and incredibly talented. Well patience with everyone. Reception It was a good reception once we walked through the doors and at anytime we needed them. I can't fault any of the staff and just appreciate the dedication to the guests. Special Thanks to Hulda from Entertainment Team which has been amazing to my girs, Anna, Alicia from Kids Club, Virginie from pool bar, Tolve and reception team. We Will Be Back Next Year. (Ps. I have not ever re-visit other hotels before but coming back to this one seems a must). Thank You. You've definitely made our holiday very special.
