Room and food good, pillows terrible

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in the UK!! It has everything you want, plus amazing charm! It is fully updated and renovated, the pub is super clean, the room has every amenity you could think of including a nice nespresso maker, the area is stunning next to the river, the food is ace…I wish my entire London stay could have been at The Bridge!!!

Lovely stay in a welcoming pub. The food was great and the room was spacious and clean!

We were given an un-requested handicap accessible room and the bathroom was terrible. It was a shower room with one drain in the middle of the room. The water went everywhere! My slippers got soaked as did the floor mat. The sink and mirror were too low. The lighting was dim (not good for a man to shave by). Had I realized before we had settled in, I would have asked to change rooms. Additionally, the walls were not thick enough to block out the hallway noise of people talking and doors banging. The pub and food were good. If we had a normal room in a quieter section of the hotel, we would stay there again.

The Bridge hotel is a comfortable English Inn & Pub, part of the Young’s group. Rooms are comfortable, nice amenities and wonderful staff. Great walking area on the Thames.

The last time I stayed at the Bridge Hotel, I gave them a glowing report. Unfortunately, this visit fell short in my expectations. Initially, the issue with the member of staff, as previously reported, has made me question whether I would stay at the hotel again. Equally, the food was quite disappointing: a cold mushroom with melted blue cheese isn't a great combination. What's gone wrong?

Cosy place with lots of touches to make it feel unique. The onsite dining was great and it made me wish my local pub was more like this one!

Clean and cosy and the food is tasty too

I arrived at the Boathouse on a freezing cold evening where the welcome couldn’t have been any warmer. The car park appears to be secure and resembles a small multi-storey that’s barrier controlled. The description of a pub with rooms doesn’t do the establishment any justice as the rooms are of excellent proportions, modern, well furnished, clean and extremely comfortable. If I was to be really picky, the kettle was too big as it was impossible to fill it from the basin in bathroom due to their respective sizes! Dinner in the restaurant was good and the menu on offer was a little different to the usual fare and competitively priced. Exemplary staff who were well trained, charming and efficient. Breakfast, once again, was good although it would have been nice to have been offered a second coffee. The young waiter was busy, well mannered and efficient although I thought wear shorts and t-shirt wasn’t really suitable. Definitely a hotel worth making a note of for my next foray to Surrey.

Just a great welcoming place to stay

Wonderful small hotel! We loved the updated style. The check-in was simple and fast and the desk clerk was very welcoming. We ate at the pub and food and service was top notch. Bonus points for the high quality towels and toiletries in the bathroom and comfortable bed linens. We shall definitely return to The Bridge Hotel!

Excellent venue for a business stay. Warm friendly bar with good food. Lucky for us there was also a pub quiz on the night we stayed.

Great staff for hotel and pub. Not very conversant to dining or shopping.

Nice, modern, spacious pub and hotel. Comfortable bed. The downside is it was very noisy throughout the night considering it isnt near the high street.

Staff are very friendly. Room is amazing and comfortable. Providing coffee machine and free car park. The breakfast are fab.
