This hotel needs another star!!! It is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and well supplied. The bathroom is luxurious. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the garden is relaxing and fresh with turtles that come up and say hi while you dine. There is a library where you can take books and trade them with ones you have read. I will stay here again next time I come to Siena.

Good location. Lovely outlook from back of property. Breakfast was very nice.

What my wife and I like the most is the garden on the back side of the hotel. Some guests brought their breakfast and ate it there. We brought our tea and enjoyed the serenity and gorgeous view.

The hotel is beautiful and charming— very ideal for for couples (man & woman— without children along for the ride). The garden and the view from it are spectacular. The breakfast in the garden was a highlight of the trip to Siena. The only downside is the rooms are small and not ideal for a family traveling with a kid. I will definitely say here next time when I travel without kids.

Os colchões são velhos e os travesseiros péssimos também. Mas o pior de tudo é que eles desligam os arcondicionados antes das 5 da manhã com uma calor infernal.

Old historic building, beautiful garden terrace for an evening drink as you watch the sun go down. Staff very helpful. Our room was small, we should have upgraded as there are better rooms. Pay attention to the directions they send you as it's impossible not to get fined if you come any other way.

View of this hotel is amazing! It has a beautiful yard to sit and have a drink and watch the Tuscany hills. Short walk to major attractions and good breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This property was fantastic. A charming hotel with a great staff, terrific location, beautiful rooms (try to get room #1). East walk to town with great restaurants and bars within feet of the location.
