特に問題ない

Virkelig godt hotel som ligger rigtig godt og i gå afstand (5-7 min.) fra Schlossplatz. Venligt personale og meget hjælpsomme og med smil på læben. Parkering er perfekt både ude og kælder - ude kan man også lade bilen. (Begge pladser er mod betaling) og på hotellets område. Rent og pænt og alt i alt så kommer vi tilbage igen.

An easy walk from the train station if you’re not rolling a huge bag. Plenty of restaurants just a few blocks away. Friendly staff!

Wir haben ein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht. Es war sehr geräumig. Die Sonderwünsche "King Size bed" und "ruhiges Zimmer" wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Die Tiefgaragenplätze waren großteils wegen Renovierungsarbeiten blockiert. An der Rezeption wusste man nichts darüber.

Basics of working in service is to say hello to guests entering the reception srea. That does not always happen at Arcotel. So simple but still very important. If you would have been occupied with a customer so off course no worries. But that was not the case. It was like I did not even exist...Not so professional. A simple hello or st least look up so I can say hello myself.

Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Sehr angenehme Klimaanlage. Duschkopf/Brause musste man selbst festhalten, da Halterung defekt. Saunabereich okay (1 Sauna defekt, 1 Dusche defekt). Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem, gerne wieder.

Lovely hotel but we felt their focus is more on eco issues than trying to encourage guests to book. I’m not sure I liked the red light identifying our room as occupied. There were only 2 rooms occupied on our floor. Like previous reviews we saw no cleaning staff the whole time we were there! We could have booked cleaning but decided not to bother. The location was more important to us as it was just up the road from the station. The bar is lovely, quiet and the staff were friendly.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and air conditioning worked very well as it was hot outside during my stay! Hotel is very conveniently located near Hbf so very easy to get around city.

Clean, lovely, modern, air conditioned, close to the train, very reasonably priced. Exactly what I needed.

比較的綺麗で快適なステイでした。冷蔵庫やハンガーもあり助かりました。受付の説明も十分で良かったです。

Das einzige was Schade war, die Bar war um die Mittagszeit zu

I appreciated that the hotel is conveniently located near the central train station, and it was also very clean. However, there was no hairdryer provided, so I had to stay up late waiting for my hair to dry. Additionally, the bed was extremely soft, which made it less comfortable for me. Also, the fridge in the room was also not working and had an unpleasant smell.

Hotel was difficult to get around car parking charges were a bit expensive

기본 물 제공이 없음. 직원중 몇몇이 불친절함.

We stayed in the apt. 2 big rooms with an en-suite bathroom and living room between. Plenty of space and the AC worked too. Would stay here again. Close to train station. A little bit of a walk to central Stuttgart and restaurants.
