Very nice hotel the room was clean and big the staff was very nice and helpful!!!! Great location

We love the HEAT Hotel and so do our pups! We stay here every time we come to Havasu.

This property is right next to London Bridge. Beautiful views. Very clean and nice accommodations. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Hotel with a boutique feel. Spacious accommodations with great amenities (coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, complimentary bottles of water (much appreciated), mini-bar, etc. Excellent stay. If the location would not be Lake Havasu City (a stop between where you are from and where you want to go) this hotel would be unbeatable in any urban area or travel destination.

I had some concerns about the noise from other reviewers but decided that it would be worth the trade-off for the location. Turned out hotel and location was awesome, as expected and noise was a non-issue. Definitely stay there again!

Great hotel to bring pets when visiting Lake Havasu.

Awesome location

Unfortunately the couch was really gross/ dirty and would not sit on it! Looked like a homeless encampment couch that had been outside for a year :( Beautiful property, just needs some TLC.

It was good; the view was nice. Little things tho like no towels, trash not being taken out, toilet not working :/

The heat hotel is great, the views of the canal and easy access to good restaurants and ski doo or boat rentals is perfect. Very comfortable rooms and nice hotel overall. Would definitely come back again!

Heat Hotel was our second choice for the trip. We will make it number 1 from now on. It was modern, well appointed and sooo relaxing! Perfect location on the canal next to London Bridge too

The room, bed, and view was very nice. The hotel was what was advertised and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a few things I noticed, the hotel has an “old” feel, look to it due to the paint and stained carpets. I think it would do great with updated carpets and fresh paint. The screen and sliding glass doors were broken and hard to open or close. Overall the stay was great. Great location and beautiful weather.

Beautiful location and view. Bed was broken in one of the rooms and the bathroom is dirty and in need of maintenance.

The most amazing place had a wonderful experience. In the near future will come again.

Love the hotel. Great location, rooms are awesome. Only issue was the mattress. Was hard and woke up with a sore back

Spacious room with great view of the channel. Very conveniently located for boat access and walking to eat. Friendly staff.

Enjoyed our stay close to food, shopping and activities. Great views of Lake Havasu. Night club noise across the lake but ear plugs helped a lot!
