The staff was fairly helpful but not the least bit friendly.

This hotel is in a good location, close to the very nice Russafa area. The room is spacious and clean. The pool area is big but it does not open until 11 am (as the life guard starts working then). Even though you ask several people in reception if you can go out earlier, if you don’t use the pool, and they say ok and give you towels for the sun beds, other staff will come out and scream at you, in a very rude and un-customer friendly way saying that you are not allowed to be there before 11. The elevators are also excruciatingly slow and the base ventilation (not aircon) is very loud so it’s hard to get any sleep. So somewhat good but also much room for improvement.

If you are looking for a great location. This is a good place. 1 mile from most places and staff were very helpful. First night our air conditioning wasn’t working well they checked it out and moved us promptly! Great service

Ideal location and staff are accommodating I would have given a 5 star due to experiencing maintenace issues. Apart from that our stay was great!

The pool was amazing the kids loved it. To cold for me mind. Hotel is in a great location within a 20 minute walk to the oceanographic and shopping centres

Lovely welcome. Arrived early and room was ready to check in early. Lovely hotel spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great view. Tea and coffee available in room bathroom toiletries supplied and were very nice.

Allt var bra förutom badrummet där duschen hade en svag stråle och handfatet var designat och fint men svåranvänt.

Great location to walk into city centre, friendly staff. Spotlessly maintained, excellent breakfast will definitely recommend this hotel a will return to stay again in the future, we'll done 👍😊

Mycket bra fruckost, väldigt varierad, frukt, grönsaker, ostar, kallskuret etc. Etc.

Great room, very spacious, clean and great cleaning service. Although they do knock early. Great reception (be aware when asking for bus route numbers, they didn't take into account the seasonal changes) that is my only criticism. Pool towels available. Great bar and friendly staff. Airport taxis if booked by hotel is 25 euro fixed price. Slightly away from the main areas but we used Suma10 card and bus generally easy to navigate if you fancy walking its about 20 mins to Russafa area. Beach 30 mins by bus. Taxi 8-9 Euro from main cathedral area to hotel. Overall a fabulous hotel. (We didn't have breakfast, plenty of street cafes)
