Room was clean enough but hotel overall was not maintained to the typical standard of other SpringHill Suites we have stayed in

April went the extra mile giving us detailed instructions to get there and airport shuttle fantastic

Wonderful

I was taking a shower in the morning of checkout at approximately 9:30 AM. When I got out of the shower, there was a housekeeping person sticking her head in through my front door of my room. Thinking that I was alone I walked out of the bathroom, completely naked, holding only a bath towel. I immediately called the front desk to ask if my room had been listed as checked out already, and the front desk girl told me no.

Good location, clean rooms would like to see a larger fridge

Service and welcome

The decor could dtand refreshing, but it derved its purpose. A lit of nouse from upstairs that sounded like a kids track meet, but it was a nice stay

Customer service experience was a nightmare

The pillows are horrible. Flat and non supportive. When asked, the front desk said they didn’t have others or extras. Comfortable mattress but a roll of towels would have been more supportive

The staff were friendly and the room was suitable. However, during the Five day- five night stay we never had our beds made.

The suite was a very comfortable set up

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The women who prepared this meal were friendly, considerate, conscientious. We will not hesitate to stay here the next time we are in Denver!

No Hot water in shower

Ive stayed at many SpringHill Suites and frankly just wasn't impressed with this property. Their breakfast definitely needs to be improved. The eggs looked like powdered eggs, there weren't many options and frankly I just didn't love it here. I would rather stay at the DoubleTree across the road.

It was fine for one night. Appreciate the shuttle

Property was clean, staff friendly and helpful location was excellent for access to DIA and interstate highways.
