I liked the location closed to the lake and many restaurants. The installations of the hotel were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Panajachel.

Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful and I really appreciated the birthday cake left in my room when we got there. Definitely will come back and recommend !!!

The beds were not comfortable and room service food was pricey! The staff was very nice and check in was easy.

The hotel is located on the lake, well maintained property with friendly staff. CAUTIOn; The rooms had mobile air conditioning units that were noisy; there was very loud music/ karaoke on weeknight that very annoyiny& disturbing. I do not recommend to get their promotional breakfast - you can easily get better tasting food with a wider variety within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms do not have safe on 1-4 floors?!

This hotel stands out in Panajachel due to its modern conveniences, spacious rooms, with nice views and balconies. The pool area is great to relax whether you have kids playing in one end of the pool or adults in the other area. There also two hot tubs that operate on a reservation system. The hot tubs do appear older and need some tiles to be replaced and the water is not too hot but still relaxing for the cooler afternoons and evenings. The hotel restaurant was nice and convenient if you don’t want to venture out into the town. Location great right by the lake to take tours.

The property is in a right place. It has a beautiful view of the volcanos and Lake Atitlan. Not totally impress with rooms not having small refrigerators, Iron no security box. Those items are important for staying comfortably.
