Wonderful location in Oban for a visit. Central to the local shopping, restaruants, the distillery, train and ferries. The service and hotel itself were also very nice. I would certainly choose it again if visiting Oban. The only minus was the lack of parking, but it was very easy to find affordable parking nearby.

The rooms at the Perle were the largest we stayed in on our trip. The beds were very comfortable but, just as note, they do move about easily if you’re a restless sleeper. The hotel is old but it was super clean and very well maintained. Check in staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay here was simply magical. We were here two nights and could have stayed a few more. We ate at the restaurant on sight the first night and food was really good. Room was clean and spacious.

The ladies at the front counter were wonderful. The decor in the breakfast room/restaurant was gorgeous. The porridge made by the Sous chef was amazing! The bad. The pillows in our room were shameful, hard as a rock and looked old. It was very noticeable that door surfaces on the main floor hadn't been cleaned in a while. The shower pan almost flooded everytime we showered.

We really enjoyed the Apartment #1. It had everything we needed and was a quite. The breakfast was expensive though is our only bad comment

Lovely hotel with clean comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Good bar and dining area, and an excellent breakfast selection and service.

The hotel is in a great central location. There is parking close by, along with electric vehicle charging. Room was spotless. Only negative was the channels on the TV didn't work and the bedside lamp bulb didn't work either. The only main issue was the occupants in the adjacent room who were having a fight and arguments for about 5 hours through the night. So we didn't get any sleep. That's not the fault of the hotel though. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Loads better on the inside than the out, lovely hotel, bay facing room would’ve been nicer, but great location right next to train station and ferry terminal. Breakfast great, staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable and bathroom very nice.

Beautiful view .Good selection of tea/coffee in room. Dining and lounge areas very nice. Great breakfast choice. Comfortable and clean bed. Large shower enclosure with toiletries supplied

Hotel was nice but extremely cold. Heating did not appear to be working in the hotel reception area nor the cocktail lounge. Standard double room was a good sized room but the bathroom was tiny and the shower was very small.

Great modern and clean room in a lovely older building, and right in the harbour front.

Loved this hotel! Our room was fabulous. Plenty of space yet cozy. Had massages at the spa and used the thermal spa for a bit. Easy location for walking to restaurants and shopping

Ticked all the boxes. Great central location. Lovely friendly staff. Spa facilities were perfect.Breakfast was spot on. Will definitely return

Old Hotel - 140 year old building. Nice hotel. Really close to the station, taxi's, busses, shops, everything.

Just about everything was great. Had an unfortunate experience at the Bistro on site for breakfast when the kitchen was shorthanded and the waitstaff did not advise of delays until we got up to find someone to ask - 40 min after ordering - when our food might arrive. Poorly trained waitress was dismissive/defensive rather than being informative/hospitable. It really stood out because we enjoyed such good service throughout our 2 weeks around Scotland at all manner of establishments. Hotel was very good but skip the breakfast if you have any plans for the day!

The room had a beautiful view. A very small room with slanted floors.
