My main issue the entire stay was the room. My shower and toilet did not work properly the entire time for my stay, maintenance came 3 times trying to fix the issue and did not. Not being able to shower and have the toilet sound like it was overflowing was not ideal

Ok, should have stayed at the Coral or the Royal, those are better choices

Great resort, staff, and overall a wonderful experience for my son and I. He enjoyed the kids club as well.

Great service ,Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful place to stay with family. Lots of kid friendly activities.

Most staff very friendly. Checkin person not so much and gave no information nor let us know our room was ready. Issues with water pressure noises at night and some shuttle issues as well. Stayed in The Reef but will probably go back to the Royal Towers. Food and drinks were great!

Some restaurants were uncomfortably cool. There is no drinking water available in room or on each floor.

All around BEAUTIFUL resort!!! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus was very convenient and runs all hours with minimal wait times. Can’t wait to go back!

The rooms are outdated. I have previously stayed at other towers in the Atlantis and the Reef had the oldest room. They need to update.

Room was good....food was GREAT just ridiculoulsy expensive. Hotel was clever is being cashless so you dont have to lug cash around. And beaches are nice. The only thing that can suck as in the case of our trip is there isnt much to do if the weather sucks. We had two nice days but high wind on one and literally nothing to do but eat and drink. Other than that its a nice hotel and worth seing at least once although there are nicer beaches in the caribbean it was worth the quick weekend getaway

Great resort with a lot of attractions, things to do, different warm and cold beverages, beautiful views, water park and pools. We loved our stay!

Very clean room and the staff has been excellent - interesting thing is that there’s much talk about Bahamar hotel amongst locals - I might have booked that hotel but Atlantis made their main photo on Expedia a very similar photo to bahamar main photo or perhaps it was the other way around - the ratings are better at the reef and the cove at Atlantis and I like that the reef has been amazing for room size and view - the age of the hotel and grounds is starting to show but the staff continues to go above and beyond - I’ll definitely be coming back!
