Equipe muito educada, SPA e SAUNA de excelência e gratuito, o restaurante tem café da manhã, brunch e jantar tudo incluso. Os garçons muito bem preparados e a limpeza dos quartos muito boa.

Wellnessbereich war ein Traum. Es wäre schön wenn die Zimmer auch so neu gestaltet würden. Das Personal war genial.

Wir hatten einen zügigen, problemlosen Check in. Die sehr freundliche Dame von der Tischreservierung zum Abendessen hat uns einen sehr schönen Tisch reserviert. Die Zimmer-Möblierung ist sicher schon älter und rustikal, aber in einem, zumindest bei uns tadellosen Zustand. Die Qualität der Speisen beim Abendessen und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem,ein top Aufenthalt,wir werden gerne wieder buchen.

## Review of the hotel in Austria I stayed at this hotel during my mountain vacation in Austria and had mixed impressions. ### Positive aspects: - *Rooms*: The rooms were big and comfortable. - *Spa*: The spa was super nice and a highlight of the stay. - *Outdoors*: The outside of the hotel was beautiful, surrounded by mountain scenery ideal for a mountain vacation. - *Location*: The hotel's location was perfect for enjoying activities in the mountains. - *Breakfast*: The breakfast was great. - *Server*: The server Mehrez was the best of the best. He was so friendly and super attentive with us. ### Negative aspects: - *Bistro lunch menu*: The lunch menu at the Bistro was bad. The soup and sandwich were like nothing. ## Overall rating Considering the positive and negative aspects, I think the hotel offers a good experience overall, with highlights like the spa, rooms, and breakfast, but with a limited or poor offering on the Bistro's lunch menu.

Et fantastisk, romslig og flott beliggende hotell med en utmerket service! Vi har bodd her flere ganger, denne gangen ankom vi sent etter en lang kjøretur gjennom Europa. Fantastisk mottakelse og innsjekk av nattevakten, som virkelig fikk oss til å føle oss velkomne. Rommet var romslig og velutstyrt, bortsett fra at vi (som vanlig) savnet aircondition. Fin restaurant med veldig god frokost og middag, spa- og badeavdeligen med egen lunsjbar er tipp topp. Fantastiske turmuligheter rett i nærheten av hotellet, både rundt / i Seefeld og oppe i fjellet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Tolles Essen, guter Service. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht riesig, aber vor allem der Saunabereich Adults only (textilfrei) ist sehr modern und schön gemacht.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at this resort. The breakfast is amazing. The pool and spa are truly remarkable. Very relaxing.

I stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. The location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. The pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. The staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. We had a little incident with a dinner booking on our first night as when we turned up for a reservation we’d made about an hour before they’d accidently given the table to another group of seven. We then had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table to be sorted out and although the lady who seated us we very apologetic we then felt rushed by the waiter as the kitchen was due to close. Had we been seated at the time of our reservation that would not have been an issue. The waiter was then quite huffy with us even though it was not our fault. Given the price of the meal this was very disappointing so we did not stay for dinner any other night during our stay. The only other negative is oddly our used glasses in the room didn’t seem to be getting changed despite the room being made up daily. That said we would still definitely stay here again. Overall it was still a lovely experience and those little niggles did not spoil what was a great stay.

This hotel is unreal. Every room has a beautiful balcony overlooking either the mountains or the forest. The rooms are quiet and peaceful (amazing blackout curtains too) -- we got amazing sleep after very action-packed days. The breakfast included is extremely high quality, we loved it. Most of our evenings were spent at the hotel bar / lounge area drinking delicious dark beers from the bar and playing cards by the fire. The sauna and pool are a major highlight as well - the pool is heated and half indoor, half outdoor. We swam in the snow! We also took advantage of the Finnish textile-free sauna, which was awesome. Perfect way to recover and relax after skiing, or after a particularly long night out :) Overall we absolutely loved this place, had the time of our lives here. We will DEFINITELY be back!
