Very nice area. Easy to locate

Stacey, at the reception desk, was very kind. One of us needed a band-aid and Stacey went to her car and got us one from her own supply. She is an asset and a keeper. We truly appreciate Stacey’s help!

The hotel is in a good location. Staff is under staffed and not a real good attitude. Renovations are taking place. One elevator down. Just needs more renovations and maybe some customer relations classes for the weekend help.

They did not do what they said

The room was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was awesome

Cleaniness

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, they ran out of breakfast items (grits) and we were told they were only allowed two pots for breakfast-even though the hotel was completely full! The housekeeping staff did not replace all the towels and we were only given one towel for our room. The front desk's reply when asked for more was "housekeeping did not wash or dry the towels for the day and there are none available." There was only one working elevator on the property.

Great location and breakfast

Close to Mississippi riverside old town neighborhood including historic mansions, casino, restaurants & shopping.

I never got to travel there as I was sick with Covid I had to get Expedia to cancel the reservations and they refused to refund my money I will never use Expedia again I didn’t get sick on purpose they just refused to refund my money

Everything was great except the loud AC/heat system. Too noisy.

Public (free) WiFi unusable. TV essentially unusable. Required signing in to Netflix account, etc. The “free” streaming service did seem to load. No easily available drinking water. The tap water was heavily chlorinated. Continental breakfast was very good although nothing special compared to other nice hotels. VERY clean with comfortable bed.

The bedrooms have been recently renovated and they were excellent.

Everyone was nice and breakfast wasn’t bad, however sleeping is the biggest part of a hotel stay and this was easily the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on.
