The fact there was a shuttle to the airport was a major plus to both of us.

Great place to stay!

Pool area was not clean. No towels, asked front desk to bring some to pool area and they never came. Water lookes dirty and area around the pool was dirty. Check in was great. I arrived way early and they got me into a room by 1pm. Room was spacious and nice.

Personally the pool does not match the photos on the website, it wasn’t clean the day we day we stayed. A/C was on and off all night so it was warm in the room the whole night. Staff were okay, but overall wasn’t anywhere I’d rush to come back and stay.

Very noisy

Enjoyed our stay, comfortable bed. Clean. Loved the little sitting couch - super cute and comfy. Only downfall for me was the pillows were all too high. I used two towels as I prefer a flat pillow. Staff were great, friendly. The pool was unavailable during our stay but the kids were pretty beat from day tour anyway.

Just okay. Clearly understaffed? But the staff we did come into contact with were very kind. Building felt generally unkept.

Room was humid. Door was warped and was hard to open and close. Air conditioner didnt work. When i asked fronr desk for a fan, they gave us a heater. 😞

The room is neat and clean.

Mind blowing that this hotel has an 8+ rating. I am doing other unsuspecting “hotels.com” users a favor by bringing some honesty to the review process. Musty and hot elevators; beer cans left in elevators; trash on the floor in the hotel lobby!; confusing signage leading you on a scavenger hunt just to get an underwhelming pool that looks NOTHING like the pic on this site. I could go on but don’t want to waste my time and I am hoping readers don’t waste theirs booking at this place. What use is hotels.com if it can mislead like this?!

I'm not sure what it was that turned me off of the hotel..... just a bunch of little things like the dingy and crowded pool with no clean towels available, the lamp and usb port that wasn't working, the fact that you actually pay for the breakfast voucher it's not really a promotion, or the bad coffee in the lobby.

Stay was great and comfortable

Plumbing issues, had no hot water.

The hotel is starting to get tired

Staff was friendly on check in Some confusion over what was included in room rate Room was very hot during the night Took a couple of calls to get front desk to answer the phone Electrical plugs were inaccessible Very hard to access AC to see the controls Hotel was iver rated and expensive for what it is.

Clean hotel

Good location

Dirty Bandaid stuck to the bathroom counter, air conditioner did not work, room was 28 degrees. Room was overall disappointing. The last time I stayed there, 2017, it was very nice. Not sure what happened
