Very nice folks to work with

First of all I had already paid for my room and could not get it refunded, my children were looking forward to getting to swim but upon our arrival there was a sign that the pool was closed for maintenance. The room was absolutely not cleaned prior to our check in. There was food crumbs, hairs, and an unknown large black mark on the sheets. The microwave was DISGUSTING probably hadn’t been cleaned in the last 3 guests. When I sent my spouse to report all of this to the front desk he was gone for about 30 minutes and returned stating the staff was nowhere to be found. There was obvious rotting in the ceiling from water damage. I will never stay at this holiday inn again and I had higher expectations for a Holiday Inn having had stayed in some very nice ones before.

No pool or jacuzzi , did not clean rooms or replace towels for 3 of 7 days , no reduction in price for degraded services

Hotel does not have usb outlets in room. Make sure you take your own. First hotel in a very long time that did not have them, so I wasn’t prepared. No soda/beverage machines while we were there, but the lady at the front desk kindly offered me some bottles of water for our room. Overall, would stay there again!

The pool and work out areas were both closed. The beds were not comfortable and the trays of food for breakfast were empty for over 30 minutes. When someone finally found the attendant, she took a few minutes and replaced the eggs and brought out 2 trays of cinnamon rolls, with only one roll on each tray. We left and went someplace else for breakfast.

I loved the property. Very convenient to where we headed.

Sherry the 3-11 shift was fantastic our second stay during our trip is here and everyone was great. Sherry stands out to me in my opinion above and beyond just issuing you a room

This property was not my favorite by any means. We only stayed overnight and I was traveling with my young children. We booked this hotel because the others in the Amarillo area were significantly more expensive. The property is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but there were quite a few dining options around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the property was very quiet. Half of our room keys didn’t work and one of the doors to get into the room was a little janky. It didn’t close all the way and had difficulty opening. One of the rooms had a distinct musty cigarette smell. There was water damage to the ceiling in our room, and as we overlooked the other roofs to the property we could clearly tell why - many of the shingles were damaged or missing. Our room was clean with clean sheets and towels, but the carpets were stained. Not a single ice machine in the entire hotel was functioning. And a lot of the other amenities were broken down as well, like the pool and the washers/ dryers. Would I stay again? Yeah, maybe. The negative points were intolerable - which is why we stayed. But the property is being seriously neglected overall.

Pool was closed, microwave didn't work, a/c didn't work

The first night the fire alarm was going on and off for about an hour at 2am. Staff could not figure out why of how to turn it off. Then I find out the next morning all the amenities time were expecting were all out of service. The pool was closed, the over was broken so the full breakfast was not available washer and dryer were broken. If I would have known this I would have gone somewhere less expensive and has the same amenities without a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. After all that we don't get any kind of compensation. Only reason a gave a little higher score on service was because the day time lady I spoke to over the phone prior to the stay was very sweet and helpful.

The toilet squealed when ours was flushed or the next room was flushed!

Pool is under renovation . Ice machine don’t work. AC in room didn’t work. Lady at desk was very pleasant .

Check in was very fast & super welcoming friendly Service. Room was very clean, comfy & quiet.

The room was large and clean, nice hotel. However, both my son and I got terrible food poisoning from the breakfast. we were very sick for 2 days.

Right price, very friendly helpful staff, great breakfasts.

Walked into the first room and crazy but the beds were about halfway made, sink was covered in what i would calm crap and they're was a toilet cake sitting on top of the air conditioner smelling up the nasty room. Called to get a new room and had to go back down get keys get new bedding Ali that crap but still it sucked.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Only thing that didn’t go right was the ice machines, all of them except the office. It wasn’t a major problem and will not keep us from not staying there again.

Front desk lady was really nice and efficient no issues there ac didn’t blow much air in room , only 3 towels when reserved room for 4, beds really old I’m guessing really squeaky so with the heat lots of tossing and turning along with squeaks and no pancakes for the kids because lady in banquet area was new and didn’t know how to run machine

I usually have good experience at Holiday Inn, and that is why I always look to stay on their properties, however Holiday Inn in Pampa TX was the worst choice ever, rooms are dirty, door protection devices were broken (room 205), dust everyhwere on the room, furniture is ripping apart, lamps had no light bulbs, not enough plugs, they offered breakfast from 7 to 10, however looks like they only fill their trays once, if you are not early enough you wont get the promised breakfast, no one attending the breakfast area, I have family in Pampa and will continue to visit the town but I will be looking to other lodging options, not sure if I will pause my relation with Holiday inn in other places because of this but absolutely will do when I go back to Pampa.
