The room was in basement. Prefer upper rooms

Great customer service, especially breakfast staff!

here it is ....I was on a motorcycle and was stranded ...my bike broke down and I did not know about the cancellation fee they said it was 7 days Even though I phoned twice TWO DAYS before and was not going to make it because there was no bike shop open they still charged me so my friends canceled their rooms too

Our stay was very disturbing middle of the night alarm was ringing both of the nights.You couldn’t fix it as only housekeeping could fix those problems.Also there hot tub was not working first day overall our stay was not pleasant at all. We let the manager know the whole situation but they didn’t call or offer any discounts or nothing. We just wasted our money in this hotel didn’t got any comfort after long day.

Getting checked in took a long time.

The hotel is very clean and the complimentary breakfast is decent. The location is a bit remote but you get a pool, a water slide and a fitness center.

Average rooms in Hinton

Decent hotel. The price was expensive for a one-night stay however, we stayed during a long weekend. Breakfast was sub-par and barely edible. Hotel was at full capacity so unfair to judge quietness or cleanliness in public spaces. Room was nice and clean.

Kids loved the pool and slide.
