Superb stay. Will definitely return. Good restaurants. Great amenities and location. Excellent friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay. Customer service is excellent and every member of staff went out of their way to make our time enjoyable at Eden Roc. Food options are amazing and really good quality. But we didn’t rooms were 5 star standard. Our booking was a superior double and although the sea view was amazing, we felt the quality of furnishings etc were quite poor. The stay at Eden Roc was part of a longer stay in Rhodes and our previous 2 star apartment had much better quality furnishings!

All the staff are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond their duty and always with smiles on their faces. The variety of restaurants and food is excellent. This was our first time at Eden Roc and hopefully won't be our last. Can see why holiday makers come back to Eden Roc again and again and more. Like the staff fellow holiday makers were all happy and friendly.

Some things need help, they are run down, not enough help. hard to get good workers, but they try hard to please all guests. All around it was worth it, hopefully we will do it again next year. Enjoy!

Amazing hotel but the cleanliness is not the best.

The most amazing resort hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing place, great beach and the restaurants are superb. The staff is very accommodating. Very happy

Eden Roc is a nice resort - we visited now for several years. Food is ok and there are many options to dine a la carte. Especially the Peruvian and Seafood (lunch) restaurants are good. Overall, food is less tasty compared to food outside the resort on the island. Room is fine, but not 5* standard and a bit worn down. Beach and swimming pools are good, but you need to be early to get a nice spot. Unfortunately beach is dirty and there is hardly any staff around to keep it clean. Staff is fantastic and works extremely hard. The restaurants are a bit understaffed and impacted service and quality. The guests are mainly British, enjoying the facilities and drinks! Nice friendly crowd, but I would not recommend if you are looking for quiet and calm atmosphere. Prices went up this year (again) and I question whether it is worth the price. Yes it is nice and fun for a few days, but without a proper upgrade/ make-over of the rooms and better staffed facilities it is a bit too expensive.

Great resort with amazing food - above expectations for the price we paid, especially at the a la carte restaurants. Good pool facilities. Few slides for the kids - could benefit from more in the kids pool area, maybe a couple of smaller ones for our little ones. Fantastic service overall, minor point was on one or two occasions housekeeping was not up to point but nothing major. Overall extremely good value for money!

First of all, the staff were excellent. So friendly and very helpful and any request was addressed promptly. The dinning options were great and there were a variety of restaurants to choose from. The hotel has access to a private beach with beach beds which was great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the conditions of the room and some areas on the property which all could use a bit of an update. My first room was refurbished except for the bathroom which looked very old and had mold. Def not 5star! I switched rooms the following day and had a complete renovated room which was lovely. There were some issues which having hot water in the shower which was solved promptly. Overall a great holiday.

Disappointed by the dated rooms and lack of cleanliness of the rooms; particularly for a 5 star hotel

A family wedding, arrived about midnight and we were given a Glas of champagne, reception were very helpful . Told us what to do and where to go. The room was amazing a bottle of wine and fruit were waiting for us The food was top knotch loads to choose from. The staff were helpfull and friendly The entertainment was good the beech was always clean Definitely returning next year

Great hotel, plenty of food choice in the restaurants. Choice of all inclusive drinks was fantastic.

Incredible food and drinks, the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Staff go above and beyond. Some areas need a little TLC however nothing major just cosmetic. We love it here and will return

Ravintoloissa osa työntekijöistä tympeitä, ymmärsivät koko hotellista vähiten englantia, vaikka hehän joutuvat eniten kontaktiin asiakkaiden kanssa. Ravintoloissa ruokajuomat tuotiin pöytään, mutta se otti oman aikansa, koska jotkut tarjoilijoista teki kaikkensa, että eivät palvelisi aktiivisesti. Lautaset ja ruokailuvälineet usein huonosti tiskattuja. Monesti juomatilauksetkin ravintoloissa menivät väärin, joko huonon muistin tai huonon kielen ymmärryksen takia. Hotellilla oli käytössä puhelinsovellus aktiviteettien ja tapahtumien aikataulutukseen, mutta muutoksia/peruutuksia tuli jatkuvasti. Hotellin järjestämät aktiviteetit jäivät todella useasti järjestämättä ilman ilmoitusta, eikä aktiviteettiryhmää löytänyt juuri koskaan, jos oli asiaa. Hotellin alue ja hotelli sinänsä hyvää tasoa, tosin jotain kunnossapitoa vaativia töitä oli jätetty tekemättä, esim. Allasalueen laatoista iso määrä halki ja osa olivat jopa vaarallisissa paikoissa rikki, kuten portaiden alapuolella olevavista laatoista osa rikki ja osa keikkui. Huoneet olivat hyvät ja siivous toimi, vaikkakin äänieristys voisi olla hiukan parempi. Hintaluokkaansa nähden palvelu tökki ravintoloissa ja osin baareissakin. Juuri se osa, mistä itsellä on Kreikasta vain positiivisia kokemuksia.

Albergo raccolto ma poco adatto ai bambini, animazione per bambini quasi nulla, spettacoli serali inesistenti. Il cibo è pensato per la clientela anglosassone quindi scotto, sciapo è grasso (bacon, uova, salsicce e fagioli tutto il giorno). Le piscine sono sporche e tutte salate eccetto quello degli scivoli che è lontana e priva di bar. Spiaggia e mare sono di ciottoli e scogli, non adatti ai più piccoli. Le camere sono antiquate, nel bagno non c’è bidet ma troverete molte formiche.

The Hotel overall has great facilities and restaurants. We had a Garden Bungalow which was spacious (family of 4) and well furnished. Pool areas need renovetion same as Pool view bungalows.

I liked food , drinks but in the dining room plates was dirty 😕 and some glasses

Fantastisch verblijf, we waren hier al eerder geweest in 2021, maar er is een hoop verbeterd. Personeel is geweldig en eten is goed. Peruaanse restaurant is een aanrader. Aziatische restaurant is prima ter afwisseling , maar niet geweldig. Strand is goed en er zijn genoeg bedden beschikbaar (dus niet nodig om een handdoek te leggen)..
