The front desk staff was terrific! Very nice and attentive. The property does need some TLC. Too many weeds around the property. The toilet in our room did not flush at time. The property really needs an overall update.

The thermostat was not operating and it was cold the whole visit...66 degrees. There is no full length mirror...only mirror was bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom is inadequate. The bed was very good.

in the description it said there was a restaurant and a bar.. the Bar closed several months ago and the restaurant was only open for breakfast

The management should inform guest that breakfast is not included and is charged $10.00 per person

Check-in staff was terrible, rude and not professional. I would not stay there again because of the check-in. The male person was very rude to me!!

I can hear other people next to my room specially when there fighting during 3am. Dirty bathroom and didnt have bathroom towels for showering. Oh and bar wasn't open

Every thing was good

Checked in late after long flight. Door was unlocked, huge bug crawling in bathroom/shower. Drape/blind damaged/didn't close at all to block morning light. Asked for different room, non available,

Check in was great however checkout was challenging. During breakfast the front desk clerk is no where to be found for over 20 minutes.

The facility is in a very bad condition. I had to cancel two nights out of the three-night stay booked. They agreed to a refund for two nights. But their GM refused a refund even after I offered to show him proof of their cancellation confirmation. Complained with IHG. But no result.

I arrived at 430 pm. Room wasn’t ready. Had ADA room. Desk man offered option of me using another room to change until ADA room was ready. Tim made sure 4 maids were sent to complete the cleanup. 15 mins I was in room. Desk man offered me soda and chair during my wait. Very kind. Hotel needs updates. Carpet is old and has holes. Walls need painting. Elevator needs updating.

My husband and I stayed the night for our daughter's softball game. Booked last minute and was very pleased. Front desk staff were friendly. Our room was very clean. The breakfast is worth paying for the update. If her team plays there again, we will look to stay here. Several places to eat

The location is perfect for where I need to be right off the interstate but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. I feel bottled water should be part of the deal not two dollars to get a drink of water.

Checked in at 3, left for about an hour. Returned, went to my room, it was not cleaned. The bed was not made. Went to front desk, was changed to another room. Then had issues with the TV, which when I tried to call from the hotel to the front desk, my phone was not working. I never have any issues at this hotel, I've stayed many times. This was a first, just a little disappointed. However, front desk has excellent customer service!

The room was nice and comfortable. However, their website stated they had a bar and restaurant, but they did not. They only served breakfast and not dinner. The front desk person said they knew the website was incorrect

No
