Bathroom wasn't that clean. Tub was stopped up on first stay. Didn't have enough dry & wash towels. There was a guy that was (barely) at front desk... had to wait 15 mins for him to get bk from where ever he was a few times. Also, dryer was out of order while I was there, however the lady that was front desk on the sec stay was alot better. No means to get her in any trouble, because she went out the way to dry my clothes. I did give her the $ for dryer... but, I thought that was pretty cool & nice for her to do... just wanted to recognize her for that! In general, I'm a bit disappointed in my stay... for the amount that was charged for this room, this hotel could do better. I doubt I ll stay here again, even though it was convenient to Kings Island.

Room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day.

It was fine. Quiet. Had two queens and the one bed was pretty squeaky. No hot water one night. Bathtub faucet was tight and difficult to turn the knob. Loved the blinds, really kept the light out. Breakfast was only okay. The breakfast area chairs are in rough shape. The breakfast area is way too small. They need two people working breakfast as only one couldn’t keep up. Staff was nice.

One of the rooms had a bad mildew smell in the pool was ice cold breakfast was OK but out of some items staff is very friendly

Its older property rooms smelled musty, ac loud, bug in bathroom around sink rim not properly cleaned. Staff friendly

One of our rooms had a rattling smoke detector and a dresser drawer that would not stay closed. They did accommodate us and give us a different room. I noticed that the 2nd floor washing machine and ice machine were out of order. The pool heater was broken and the indoor pool was as cold as ice. Linens were nice!

Room large and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Just what we were looking for.

We stay here every time we come into Cincinnati/Mason from Indianapolis. Great location, easily sleeps my family of 5!

Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Coffee was fresh ground by the cup, rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Soft pillows deflate and can cause sore neck and shoulders, though. Best to use firmer pillows or bring yiur own. Pool area looked clean and inviting, although we didn't end up with time to use it. Overall, a good place to stay and would do so again.

When i travel I always look for a IHG Express. These hotels are the best when it comes to cleanliness and making me feel comfortable traveling with children.

First room smelled so badly of chlorine I couldn’t breath. 2 nd room was fine. I liked the pillows. Bed was relatively comfortable. No bugs and it was clean. All in all a good stay.

We have stayed here many times on our way through town. We always arrive late with sleepy children and they are always so welcoming and quick to get us to bed! Always clean and quiet.

Property was safe well lit very clean polite reception.

Liked the cleanliness, breakfast buffet, staff.

Bugs all over our bathroom, sink was so dirty, the dumped the trash out instead of taking the whole bag so they spilled coffee all in it in the process

The guy who checked us in was really nice he is new to the area he really needs to go to kings island though great time will definitely be back

Everything was excellent. The room was very clean and up to date. The complimentary breakfast options was by the far the most impressive. Very clean, lots of options and was very fresh.
