Location and availability of facilities.

Sängarna var väldigt smala (60cm) och rummet var inte så välstädat (fläckar på väggar och matta samt rost i badrummet). Möblerna höll på att falla isär och hissen var lagad med tejp och lim. Personalen var lite avmätt och gav inget välkomnande bemötande. Saknade golvhandduk i badrummet. Belysningen i badrummet och vid sängen var dålig. Kuddarna var uttjänta, kändes som att all inredning var överblivet från andra Quality-hotell. Pluspoäng för att man kunde justera temperaturen på rummet samt att speglarna gav en smickrande bild av en själv. Få Läget på hotellet var toppen men jag kommer inte bo där igen förutom under vapenhot.

The hotel has a Perfect location , clean room, clean beds. Everything was good. The staff was helpful and helpful. Thank you for everything.

Of every hotel I stayed at in my Helsinki - Stockholm - Oslo - Bergen itinerary, this was the only place that charged me extra to do an early bag check. Otherwise, pleasant place. Room was cool considering the hot 2026 summer. I wish the shower water was more hot.

Rene rom, liten dusjsone. Bra hotellrom men blir litt smått hvis du skal ha 2 store kofferter inn der.Vinduer du kan åpne opp. Tv fungerte greit. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Rent rom, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Savnet hotellfrokost. Sentral beliggenhet. Mye byggestøy

My stay at the Comfort Hotel Xpress was fantastic, the room I stayed in was perfect for a solo traveller in Oslo for a few days. There was a good selection of sandwiches and rolls at the front desk, with the team being really wonderful advising me on the best place to get a quick bit of work done on my bicycle. When using the facilities the water got to temperature really quickly and stayed at that temperature. Overall I'm really pleased and glad I stayed at this hotel. Now the negative... I did report this and I have know it'll be fixed. The shower door didn't entirely close so water would come out of the shower when I was using it, but I did report this and I am certain it has already been fixed If I return to Oslo again I will definitely stay here again, it was absolutely fantastic and I got a great unbroken night's sleep every single night I was there.

You get what you pay at this hotel. Very basic, nice view from the rooftop area and central. Building site in front of hotel so was noisy if you had the windows open and they started earlyyyyyy. Rooms out back don't fair much better as bars down the street.

The hotel and service is quite amazing, the receptionists that were there, very service-oriented... so that was really awesome. The room is cool! very nice. the points to change, is that there is no space to cupboard, so I am travelling a lot, and I travel with a big luggage... practically everything stayed in my luggage, but that bcomes a bit messy right... And the last point is that the AC system is not existing, and the ventilation system is too weak for the days when it's really really warm... I love to be warm much more than others... but now it was really really warm! beside that, those 2 points, I definitely recommend

I was very late checking in but the guy on the desk was unfazed! He was super helpful and found me a lower room in the building so I didn’t have to trek up and down too many steps (I’m not a fan of elevators). Room was well laid out, good shower.

The room we rented was two twin bed and they gave my 18 year old son and myself a full size bed to share. 2 of the 4 lightbulbs were burned out. The toilet seat was broken. The construction noise was very loud. The rooftop patio was little more than a few terrible seats with a meh view. Because of the road construction, we ended up walking 10-12 minutes to a bus stop every day. Which isn't a lot, but considering where this hotel is located, we thought we would be able to hop onto the bus easily. It was the worse place we stayed in Norway. Pony up the extra money and stay at Thon!

Great location, near to the train station and attractions. Decent food and entertainment options within a walkable distance. It is a compact format, small room, but functional and clean. Staff were very helpful.

Everything was great but the south facing room was very hot and there was no AC. Luckily was there for just one night.

Rent rom og god seng, men forøvrig som forventet på et express/ enkelt gi billig hotell.

Virkelig fint hotel midt i centrum af Oslo og alt hvad du har behov for af indkøb, restauranter og seværdigheder rundt om. Ville booke igen.

The ventilation is way to strong for such small rooms. Hard to sleep with constant wind on the face. Constant feeling of dry eyes. The staff was helpful to switch rooms but it didn’t help.
